Quid Pro Quo: Virginia Gov. Pardons 60,000 Felons, Enough To Swing Election

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe is a close family friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton. Which is why it should be no surprise when you find out that he granted voting rights to 60,000 convicted felons which gives them just enough time to go out and register to vote. This number is more than five time the previously reported numbers. Nothing is coincidental about this. He did this to sway the election in Clinton’s favor.

The Governor originally wanted to give 200,000 convicted felons the right to vote but the court for the state said that each felon’s case had to be investigated individually. So instead what the Governor did was use a mechanical autopen to sign the thousands of voting rights letter and usurp the power of the state court.

McAuliffe managed Clinton’s unsuccessful 2008 presidential campaign. As reported by the Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group. Making it no coincidence or surprise that he gave five time the normal voting rights reprievements than usual just mere days before the registration deadline to vote in the general election.

Virginia’s political history shows that elections are often decided by tiny margins meaning every vote counts. Which means these votes by these convicted felons could very well sway the elections. A 2014 Senate race was decided by 17,000 votes while a Attorney General race was decided by 165. Those are tiny margins compared to the grand scheme of things.

McAuliffe’s relationship with the Clinton’s extends beyond politics. He granted them a loan for the purchase of their mansion in 1999 in Chappaqua, New York and served as the chairman for the Democratic National Committee when he was a fundraiser. The Clinton’s always seem to find themselves close friends with the chairs of the DNC. I wonder why?

Despite the obvious the Governor said the potential of these felons voting never crosses his mind. Right, and the sky is really pink and purple. The staff for the Clinton campaign even emailed him right after he did it and said that it was a “great announcement.” We all know what that really means.
