It’s not every day you come across a link with a picture of a random door in the ground, so if you do it’s probably a good idea to check out what it is. That’s what I did, and I couldn’t believe what I found.
Sliptalk had discovered these really cool underground bunkers made out of corrugated pipe. Produced by Atlas Survival Shelters, they’re every prepper’s dream when it comes to pre-fabricated shelters, and the best part is that they’re completely secretive. Atlas builds them with one entrance and two secret exits in case you need to make a quick escape.
They come to you on a tractor trailer after the site has been excavated, and the pods can be custom built to whatever size you want.
Once in place, they have a mudroom and a stairwell to get down inside of them.
The interiors of these things are spacious, and Atlas will customize them to be just like a home.
The master bedroom is spacious and offers privacy, while the kid’s bunks are on the opposite end of the shelter.
There’s fully equipped bathrooms and laundry rooms.
A desk that can be used as your command center.
A rechargeable battery bank that’s under the floor, where there’s massive amounts of other storage too.
An optional air purifier in case of biological or nuclear attacks.
A very spacious kitchen.
They can be laid out with several side-by-side if you need even more space too.
You can even put a camera outside to keep an eye on your surroundings.
Whether you’re preparing for the zombie apocalypse or fear that a nuke could come any day, it seems like these shelters offer just about everything you would need to keep your family safe in the event of catastrophe.
Atlas was nice enough to give us a video tour of one of these awesome shelters, check it out below then let us know what you think about them:
