Bad news Hillary: everyone knows you have no principles.
Is there a single issue that she hasn’t flip flopped on over they ears? Let’s take gay marriage as an example. In the past she had stated that “I think a marriage is and a marriage always has been between and a man and a woman.” Her husband also signed into law the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).
Meanwhile, today she states that “LGBT Americans are full and equal citizens and deserve the rights of citizenship. That includes marriage.” To say that Hillary “evolved” on this issue (liberals always portray their flop-flops as an “evolution” to attempt to sound sophisticated) would be like saying Peter Parker changed slightly after he got bitten by a radioactive spider. The woman changed her mind overnight, coincidentally as most national polls began to show a majority of Americans supporting gay marraige.
What a coincidence!
You’ll hardly believe one of the other issues she’s
evolved flip-flopped on. We’ve all heard Trump branded as a racist xenophobe for his plan for border security, but would you believe that Hillary once supported the exact same policy? Because of course she did.
AllenbWest.com reported that yesterday marked the ten-year anniversary of the day Hillary Clinton voted in favor of building a 700-mile fence along the Mexican border, intended to stop illegal immigration.
The Secure Fence Act of 2006’s stated purpose was to check the flow of illegal immigrants, drugs, and other illegal goods into the U.S. by erecting a double-layer fence along large swaths of the border. The law also generally increased funding for border security, authorizing funds for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to purchase cameras, drones, and other assets.
At the time, Hillary Clinton said the law was the only possible fix to a seemingly endless torrent of illegal immigrants entering the U.S.
“There isn’t any sensible approach except to do what we need to do simultaneously: you know, secure our borders with technology and personnel, physical barriers if necessary in some places,” she told the Council on Foreign Relations.
Was it racist when Hillary supported border security? If not then, why is it now?
Because Donald Trump has a (R) next to his name, not a (D) like Hillary Clinton. For all the media banter on how hard Hillary has it because she’s running as a woman, she’s getting quite a free pass because she’s running as a Democrat.
