The Clinton campaign is no stranger to controversy so today should be like any day of the week. If the last chair of the Democratic National Committee was not bad enough they could have not picked a worse one to replace Schultz. CNN has published emails from Wikileaks that show campaign chairman John Podesta state that interim DNC chair Donna Brazile deliberately fed the Clinton campaign debate questions in advance.

Ironically Brazile is interim DNC chair because WIKILEAKS revealed through a release of emails that prior DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz worked in a plethora of different ways to rig the election in the primary against Senator Bernie Sanders. Brazile much like Schultz is part of Clinton’s inner circle and previously worked on Bill Clinton’s presidential campaigns of 1992 and 1996. As well, she worked fro All Gore’s 2000 campaign. All you have to do is look at her resume to see where her allegiance lies.

Brazile was unable in the past and is currently unable to answer questions about her release of debate questions to Clinton. She has not addressed them. All she did was insinuate that these leaks were faked. Despite the fact that Wikileaks has a 100 percent verified fact checking database.

Wikileaks released emails from Podesta’s account that show Brazile emailing the Clinton camp about a question in a primary debate between Clinton and Sanders. She wrote,

“One of the questions directed to HRC tomorrow is from a woman with a rash. Her family has lead poison and she will ask what, if anything, will Hillary do as president to help the ppl of Flint.”

Despite her protestations that they were faked it has the standard, automatic inserted statement at the bottom of the email that says, “sent from Donna’s iPad.” The next day at the CNN town hall debate the question fed to Podesta appeared at the debate. A woman at the town hall said,

After my family, the city of Flint and the children in D.C. were poisoned by lead, will you make a personal promise to me right now that, as president, in your first 100 days in office, you will make it a requirement that all public water systems must remove all lead service lines throughout the entire United States, and notification made to the — the citizens that have said service lines.”

CNN issued a statement on the revelation of Brazile’s actions towards Clinton and Sanders saying,

“On October 14th, CNN accepted Donna Brazile’s resignation as a CNN contributor. (Her deal had previously been suspended in July when she became the interim head of the DNC.) CNN never gave Brazile access to any questions, prep material, attendee list, background information or meetings in advance of a town hall or debate. We are completely uncomfortable with what we have learned about her interactions with the Clinton campaign while she was a CNN contributor.”

Apparently you cannot be a CNN contributor, head of the DNC or a Democrat unless cheating is involved. But as they say, if you have to cheat to stay at the top then are you really worthy of the post in which you are running for? The answer is a harsh NO.
