BOMBSHELL Out Of Congress… BUSTED Physically, Sexually Assaulting 3 Women!!!

Published

on

Accusations of sexual assault and harassment have been popping up everywhere and in every industry since the Harvey Weinstein scandal. They are not going away. Now Members of Congress are being exposed for being sexual assaulters and harassers and it has only begun.

Now one of the head honchos in the Congressional Ethics office is accused of being unethical. Furthermore, he is being accused of trying to ruin someone who exposed him while he was employed by the Obama administration.

Federal Air Marshal Greg Martucci has accused Omar Ashmawy, whose the staff director and chief counsel of the office of Congressional Ethics, of being physically abusive and sexually harassing women at a Pennsylvania restaurant back on Valentines Day in 2015.

The specifics are that Ashmawy purposefully harassed the bar owners wife, a female bartender, and a third woman who tried intervening to stop the situation from deteriorating further. In a statement to Foreign Policy, the accused said the following about his alleged conduct,

To be clear, I did not harass anyone that evening, physically or verbally. To the contrary, I was the victim of a wholly unprovoked assault for which those responsible were investigated, arrested and charged. Any allegation to the contrary is unequivocally false.”

While the allegations are just allegations right now it is known that that night he was on a date with his girlfriend who ended up getting beaten by three anonymous men while he was in attendance. Three months later those three men were arrested as was the owner of the bar.

The Conservative Tribune reported,

One of those men, Martucci, contends in the lawsuit that Ashmawy used his position in the federal government to have the three men arrested. A copy of the lawsuit was published by the Washington Examiner. In an email to the local district attorney and chief of police that was reviewed by Foreign Policy, Ashmawy made his displeasure with the local authorities clear. He also made clear his position in the federal government, by signing it with his work title and congressional email address, according to Foreign Policy.

As of today it has been over five weeks since I was assaulted. To date, the police department’s investigation is not complete and charges have not been filed. I am deeply concerned,” Ashmawy wrote. He also implied very strongly that the powers in Washington were taking an interest in the case. This was 2015 remember, and the Obama administration had more than a full year to run its course.

There is no hiding what happened to me from the people I interact with on a day to day basis,” Ashmawy wrote. “As result, there are a growing number of individuals in the Washington, DC community who have taken an interest in this matter and are concerned that one of the reasons this matter has languished is because I’m not a resident of Milford, PA. I’ve assured them that isn’t true. Some have even gone so far as to suggest that my ethnicity, as an Arab-American and Muslim, might also be a factor in the delayed investigation and the charging of the individuals responsible. I’ve explained that is unlikely.”

According to Martucci’s lawsuit, that reminder of Ashmawy’s position (not to mention the implicit charge of racial bias) led to the arrest of the three men. As the lawsuit states: “Ashmawy has threatened to use the power of his office as a federal government official to coerce the Milford Police Department and/or Pike County Office of the District Attorney to pursue criminal action against the plaintiff.”

The suit claims the Milford police chief told others “that he was filing felony charges against plaintiff because Ashmawy was a ‘DC big shot.’” And there’s no doubt Ashmawy is a “DC big shot.” When a guy helps take down a powerful lawmaker like former Rep. John Conyers of Michigan, he’s a “big shot.””

Foreign Policy reported,

Ashmawy’s office conducts the preliminary investigations into allegations of misconduct in the House of Representatives, deciding which cases to pursue or refer to the Committee on Ethics. He is named in congressional documents as the official who presented one of the investigations into John Conyers, the Democratic lawmaker from Michigan accused of sexual harassment, to the ethics committee for further action.”

Two of the men pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges. The case against Martucci was dropped. However, according Martucci’s lawsuit, his career and personal life suffered badly because of the arrest: He was suspended from his job, but “was prohibited by his federal agency from obtaining outside employment unless it was preauthorized by said agency.” He also lost his health insurance during the suspension, fell behind on child support payments, had to go into his retirement savings, according to the lawsuit.

He also suffered “pain, suffering, emotional distress … lost of reputation and loss of career opportunities,” the lawsuit states. All of that is a pretty steep price to pay for getting involved in a bar fight. But according to Martucci’s lawsuit, it’s the price that’s paid when the guy involved is a “DC bigshot,” especially during the Obama administration. If this doesn’t make Washington look like the swamp Trump supporters think it is, nothing will.”

With all the accusations against members of Congress, it is no wonder they have been running afoul considering the leaders of the ethics office are so unethical and doing all of it themselves. They should all be held to a higher standard and we should expect more from our congressional officers.

Squatters Steal Soldier’s Home, Weren’t Expecting Who Showed Up In The Night

NEVER SAW IT COMING!!!

Published

on

It seems that the disrespectful feelings Barack Obama fostered during his presidency towards the military has spread like wildfire throughout the country. Where in the past people went out of their way to thank those that defend our freedom in today’s world, people seem to go out of their way to spit in our brave men and women’s faces. That disgusting sentiment has been demonstrated in various ways including NFL players who kneel while the national anthem is played before a game in front of the entire country. Unfortunately, that trend had made its way to the American mindset where squatters stole a soldier’s home and refused to leave when he returned from where he and his family were stationed.

Now, those squatters received instant payback with who showed up to “evict” these house thieves that they weren’t expecting.

Our military men and women have enough to contend with when they are overseas that the last thing they should have to worry about is how they are treated when they get back home. Oh, but that was before Obama spread his vile hatred for America and those that defend it, right? At any rate, now that disgusting mentality has crept into our society along with an over the top sense of entitlement that seems to be growing at an alarming rate which we see every day.

Sadly, one soldier and his family had to deal with this disgusting display of disrespect up close and personal when two squatters took over his home while he was stationed in Hawaii and refused to leave.

Army Spc. Michael Sharkey and his wife.

Army Spc. Michael Sharkey and his wife returned to their home in New Port Richey, Florida when they were met with a surprise. Two convicted felons had taken up residence in their home and refused to leave saying that they were permitted to live there for free as long as they did repairs on the house.

The squatters had changed the locks and refused to leave no matter what Sharkey said to them, but then it got worse. When Sharkey and his wife called the police to have them removed, they said there was nothing that could be done since these nasty thieves had already established residency at the house and that this would need to be settled in civil court.

Julio Ortiz

“They are criminals,” said Sharkey to WFLA. “I am serving my country, and they have more rights to my home than I do.”

Well, thankfully there was some good samaritans out there that heard this soldiers plea for help and answered the call and made sure these squatters left the home for good.

Here is more America Now:

Army Spc. Michael Sharkey says that he and his wife haven’t lived in their Florida home in the two years that he’s been stationed in Hawaii, but upon learning they could go back to Florida, they were shocked to discover that two ex-cons broke in, changed the locks, and were refusing to leave. Unfortunately for Sharkey, he was told that legally, there was nothing he could do to force them out.

“They are criminals,” said Sharkey to WFLA. “I am serving my country, and they have more rights to my home than I do.”

Police told Sharkey that they could do nothing about the couple, Julio Ortiz and Fatima Cardosa, since they already established residency, so the matter would have to be settled in a civil court.

Ortiz claims that he made a verbal agreement with Sharkey’s friend, who was overseeing the home while the soldier and his wife were gone, that they could live there for free as long as they did repairs on the house. Both Sharkey and his friend say those claims are lies, but Ortiz has continued to defend himself.
The people that are in this house cannot produce any documentation, lease, agreement, anything that they belong in that house,” said Sharkey.

Once word got out that the squatters had taken over Sharkey’s house, a group of military veteran bikers announced that they would be paying a visit to the home to “peacefully make the squatters uncomfortable.”

That seems to be all it took because now, reports say that Ortiz and his girlfriend have packed up their belongings and are leaving the home for good.

It is disgusting that the law protected these house thieves instead of the rightful owner who happens to be an active serviceman. The only good thing out of this story is that the military community came together to help defend this soldier and help spread the name of these settlers to everyone in the country. Hopefully, these people are now so shamed by their deplorable actions they will stay out of trouble and give something right back to the community instead of stealing.

BREAKING!! He Got MASSIVE Reward And Planned To Use It ALL To END Obama!

Published

on

For the past eight years, Barack Obama did everything humanly possible to further the cause of Islam and take care of his Muslim buds. Over the last several weeks, hardcore evidence emerged about how Obama had worked hand-in-hand with ISIS to send massive amounts of weapons to their terror group, with our pilots returning home from war saying they were grounded continuously from doing airstrikes on ISIS. As we learn definitively that Obama was indeed the “father of ISIS,” in a startling turn of events, we are now learning of how Obama’s life was nearly ended while in office, after top terrorists within ISIS decided to turn on their beloved leader suddenly.

Obama must have thought it was a good idea to help all of his Muslim brothers by allowing them into the country unvetted and unchecked. However, Obama’s plan went awry after new reports have come forward that one Muslim man named Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev from Uzbekistan who went into the country through the Diversity Visa Lottery Program had pledged to murder Obama or commit a massive terror attack in New York City to prove his allegiance to ISIS.

Now, if you don’t remember what the Diversity Visa Lottery Program was here is a brief reminder. This program that liberals love to push on the American people, allows foreigners to come into the United States on a NON-merit basis. What this means is that 50,000 randomly-selected foreigners with no ties to anyone in the country are granted entry, and the only requirement is that entrants must be adults with a high school diploma or two years of work experience. The “winners” that are chosen are allowed to bring spouses and their children into the country.

Courtroom sketch of Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev.

So, when Juraboev got his golden ticket to America, he didn’t use it wisely but chose to make plans to murder the former President of the United States.

As they say, there is no honor among thieves.

Here is more from CNS News:

Juraboev, a national of Uzbekistan, was admitted to the United States as a diversity visa lottery recipient in 2011,” said a report issued jointly this week by the Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security.

Three years later in 2014 — according to an Oct. 25, 2017, sentencing letter that then-Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Bridget Rohde sent to U.S. District Judge William Kuntz — Juraboev “first came to the attention of the government with his online postings on an Uzbek-language social media website.”

The website, according to the U.S. attorney, “propagated ISIS’s ideology and called for its Uzbek-speaking audience to join ISIS.”

On Aug. 8, 2014, Juraboev, then about 24 years old, went to this site and posted an alarming message.

“Greetings!” he wrote. “We too wanted to pledge our allegiance and commit ourselves while not present there. I am in USA now but we don’t have any arms. But is it possible to commit ourselves as dedicated martyrs anyway while here?

“What I am saying is, to shoot Obama and then get shot ourselves, will it do?” Juraboev said.

“That will strike fear in the hearts of the infidels,” he said.

The FBI filed a complaint and affidavit on Feb. 24, 2015, seeking the arrest of Juraboev and two others.

Law enforcement, it turns out, had tracked Juraboev’s website posting to an IP address associated with “a residence in Brooklyn.” Agents went there on Aug. 15, 2014, and interviewed him.

“First, Juraboev acknowledged that he wrote and posted the above-referenced message on (the website), which he characterized as the Uzbek-language site of ISIL,” said the FBI affidavit.

“Juraboev also stated his belief in ISIL’s terrorist agenda, including the establishment by force of an Islamic caliphate in Iraq and Syria,” said the affidavit. “Juraboev further stated that he would like to travel to Syria to engage in violence on behalf of ISIL ‘if Allah wills,’ but currently lacked the means to travel there.

“In addition,” said the affidavit, “Juraboev stated that he would harm President Barack Obama if he had the opportunity to do so, but currently does not have the means or an imminent plan to do so.”

On Aug. 18, 2014, “law enforcement agents” again interviewed Juraboev at his residence.

“While admitting that he does not like President Obama because of his role in killing Muslims through his support of Israel and the recent bombing of ISIL,” the affidavit said of this second interview, “Juraboev stated that he would not kill President Obama because of ill will towards him, but rather because of ‘Allah.'”

“He added that, if ISIL ordered him to kill President Obama, he would do so,” the affidavit said.

“Juraboev noted,” the affidavit said, “that if he received an affirmative or positive response from ISIL to the above-referenced posting on (the website), he would kill President Obama.

“Juraboev added,” the affidavit said, “that he would also plant a bomb on Coney Island if he were so ordered by ISIL.”

In her sentencing letter to Judge Kuntz, Acting U.S. Attorney Rohde summarized this same interview with Juraboev and cited a written statement he gave to law enforcement officials that day.

“In this statement,” the U.S. attorney said, “the defendant reiterated his allegiance to ISIS (‘I also want to fight and sincerely become a martyr under the Islamic Caliphate against the polytheists and infidels. … I gave pledge to Islamic State’) and his intention of killing President Obama (‘Even if that person is Obama.!’) if commanded to do so by ISIS (‘If I get a command from the Islamic Caliphate’).”

He was arrested in February 2015 after he “purchased a ticket to Turkey, from which he intended to go to Syria and join ISIS.

Now, none of us agree with Obama or his policies, and this proves beyond a reasonable doubt, we were always right. These people have no desire to assimilate into our country and its culture, but rather destroy it and everyone in its path. If Obama honestly thought that he would not be a target for these people, he was sorely mistaken and maybe will rethink some of his poor decisions.

The only way we will be able to get our country back on track is by taking a harder stance against terrorism and stricter immigration policies. Once that is accomplished, we can get our country back on track once again.

BREAKING NEWS! Obama Let Them In The White House!!! THIS IS TREASON!

Published

on

In a new shocking, but not completely surprising report which came out early this morning, we can now confirm that the two brother team Democrat IT aides from the terrorist sympathizing nation of Pakistan made deliberate and unauthorized access to House servers while actually fooling staff by pretending to be members of Congress.

The aides in question are the same which former Democrat Party Chairwoman and Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz has been busy defending for over a year now. Imran Awan, his Ukrainian-born wife Hina Alvi and brothers Jamal and Abid Awan. And to add to this mess we know can also confirm that after a lengthy internal investigation House Democrat leadership lied about their findings to members of Congress as they claimed the incident was “solely a matter of theft,” and not actual espionage.

Representative Debbie “Blabbermouth” Schultz employed the infamous Awan brothers and paid them over $4 million dollars during the course of their employment. Some of that amount was actually paid after they were accused of breaching House servers, which can, of course, lead us to surmise that the extra money could have been hush money paid by the Democrat Party in order to hide something they didn’t want the public to get a hold of.

Via The Daily Caller:

House Report Concluded Pakistanis Made ‘Unauthorized Access’ To Congressional Servers

House investigators concluded that Democratic IT aides made unauthorized access to congressional servers in 2016, allegedly accessing the data of members for whom they did not work, logging in as members of Congress themselves, and covering their tracks, according to a presentation summarizing the findings of a four-month internal probe.

Their behavior mirrored a “classic method for insiders to exfiltrate data from an organization,” and they continued even after orders to stop, the briefing materials allege. There are indications that numerous members’ data may have been secretly residing not on their designated servers, but instead aggregated onto one server, according to the briefing and other sources. Authorities said that the entire server was then physically stolen.

When acting on the findings, Democratic leadership appear to have misrepresented the issue to their own members as solely a matter of theft, a comparison of the investigators’ findings with Democrats’ recollections and a committee’s public statement shows, leading 44 Democrats to not conduct protective measures typically taken after a breach — including informing constituents whose personal information may have been exposed. (A list of the involved members is below.)

The presentation, written by the House’s Office of the Inspector General, reported under the bold heading “UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS” that “5 shared employee system administrators have collectively logged into 15 member offices and the Democratic Caucus although they were not employed by the offices they accessed.”

It found indications that a House “server is being used for nefarious purposes and elevated the risk that individuals could be reading and/or removing information” and “could be used to store documents taken from other offices.” The server was that of the House Democratic Caucus, a sister group of the DNC that was run at the time by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra.

The aides named are Imran Awan, his wife Hina Alvi, his brothers Abid and Jamal, and his friend Rao Abbas, Pakistani-born aides whose lives are filled with reason for concern. Abid’s Ukranian wife Natalia Sova and Haseeb Rana were also involved in the Awans’ activities but departed the House payroll prior to the investigation.

One systems administrator “logged into a member’s office two months after he was terminated from that office,” the investigative summary says.

While the rules could have been violated for some innocuous purpose, the presentation indicates that is unlikely: “This pattern of login activity suggests steps are being taken to conceal their activity.”

A second presentation shows that shortly before the election, their alleged behavior got even worse. “During September 2016, shared employee continued to use Democratic Caucus computers in anomalous ways:

Logged onto laptop as system administrator
Changed identity and logged onto Democratic Caucus server using 17 other user account credentials
Some credentials belonged to Members

The shared employee did not work for 9 of the 17 offices to which these user accounts belonged.”
The investigation found “possible storage of sensitive House information outside the House … Dropbox is installed on two Caucus computers used by the shared employees. Two user accounts had thousands of files in their Dropbox folder on each computer.” Using Dropbox is against House rules because it uploads files offsite.

The Washington Post referenced the presentation in July, and quoted a House source who claimed that the server was full of the Awan children’s “homework” and “family photos.” The presentation offers reasons to doubt that. “Based on the file names, some of the information is likely sensitive,” it reads.

The statements of numerous Democrats indicate that the Democratic staff of the House Administration Committee and other House officials may have withheld information about cybersecurity breaches from members who employed the suspects, and appear to have misled them about the basic nature of the investigation.

“This is the first I’ve heard about that,” said Missouri Democratic Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver — who employed almost every member of the Awan group — of cybersecurity issues.

“The only thing I’m aware of is that he’s being charged with bank fraud,” Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro, who employed Jamal and is a member of the intelligence committee, told TheDCNF. “Do you have evidence that there’s anything more than a bank investigation? If someone’s given you a document to that effect, please give it to me.”

In early February, House Sergeant-At-Arms Paul Irving, Chief Administrative Officer Phil Kiko, and Jamie Fleet, the Democratic staff director of the Committee on House Administration, summoned affected chiefs of staff to a meeting to announce that the family was being banned from the network. Republican staff was not present, and the briefers omitted all mention of the cybersecurity component that appears to comprise the most dangerous part of the findings, according to numerous Democrats’ accounts.

On Feb. 3, 2017, Committee on House Administration Chairman Gregg Harper and Ranking Member Robert Brady issued the sole official statement about what they called “the ongoing House theft investigation.”

“House Officials became aware of suspicious activity and alleged theft committed by certain House IT support staff,” the statement read. “An internal investigation determined that a number of House policies and procedures had been violated. This information was turned over to the United States Capitol Police and their investigation is ongoing. These employees have also been blocked from accessing House systems. All offices impacted have been contacted. No further comment will be issued until the investigation is complete.”

But that internal investigation’s most notable findings — in fact, the second presentation didn’t even mention theft — concerned credible evidence of a cyber-breach, and at the time of the announcement, the most recent incident of theft consisted of the disappearance of a server that was evidence in a cybersecurity probe, several authorities said.

There is no scenario where the access was appropriate because House members are not allowed to accept services from people not on their payroll and employees are not permitted to log in to servers of members for whom they do not work. The presentation notes that such House polices are codified in law.

But nearly a year later, there have been no criminal charges related to House IT. Two of the suspects were indicted for bank fraud in July after prosecutors said they transferred money from the House bank to Pakistan and tried to flee the country.

There are strong indications that many of the 44 members’ data — including personal information of constituents seeking help — was entirely out of those members’ possession, and instead was stored on the House Democratic Caucus server. The aggregation of multiple members’ data would mean all that data was absconded with, because authorities said that entire server physically disappeared while it was being monitored by police.

An IT aide told TheDCNF that colleagues deployed to clean up after the Awans’ firing discovered that in many offices, computers were set up to be nothing more than “thin clients” that were portals to an outside computer. “They were using terminal servers, your desktop is projected to you” from a computer in a different location.

The presentation — though its language is at times opaquely technical — found remote sessions that remained active for months at a time. The House commonly uses Citrix remote sessions that allow someone’s computer screen to show the contents of a different computer, but its security precautions ordinarily cause them to disconnect after just a few minutes. Virtual Private Networks can also make a server’s hard drive appear to be local to a computer.

A House committee staffer close to the probe told TheDCNF that “the data was always out of [the members’] possession. It was a breach. They were using the House Democratic Caucus as their central service warehouse.”

“All 5 of the shared employee system administrators collectively logged onto the Caucus system 5,735 times, an average of 27 times per day… This is considered unusual since computers in other offices managed by these shared employees were accessed in total less than 60 times,” the presentation reads.

That, too, may imply that dozens of members’ data was all in one place — on the Caucus’s server instead of in members’ possession. The apparently constant access by the entire crew, even their friend Rao Abbas, also doesn’t jive with The Washington Post’s claim that they were using it as a family computer for homework and photos.

With the basics of the probe hidden from members, Democrats appear to have vocally painted an inaccurate picture of what the report alleges occurred, pointing to the current criminal charges instead of the House’s investigation while not taking any steps to protect potentially compromised data.

Rep. Ted Lieu of California, who employed Abid Awan and is a member of the foreign affairs committee, said as far as he was concerned it was a simple issue of bank fraud.

“The staffer that I used, there was no allegation,” he told a TV station. “If you look at the charge of the brother, he was charged with bank fraud… that has nothing to do with national security.”

Prosecutors contend in court filings that they committed bank fraud and tried to flee because they found out about the already-existing investigation into their House activities.

Becerra’s House Democratic Caucus knew about problems and tried to stop them, according to the presentation, but the suspect defied him. Based on other members’ accounts, Becerra does not appear to have warned other offices that might have been affected.

“The Caucus Chief of Staff requested one of the shared employees to not provide IT services or access their computers,” the investigative briefing reads. “This shared employee continued.” Then, as police monitored the server as a primary piece of evidence, they discovered in January that it was taken from under their noses and replaced with a different computer.

Let’s hope since there is proof now, we can finally put this case to rest and people like Debbie Wasserman Schultz can make themselves comfortable in a prison cell for years to come. But as we have come to expect out of our judicial system that most certainly won’t be happening anytime soon. We know all too well by now that if you have money and the right connections you are above the law, especially if you are a “well-meaning” Liberal.

Please share if you want to see all involved in this case behind bars…
