BREAKING NEWS About Anti-Trump San Francisco Judge – Prison Life Is Going To HURT

He had it coming!

Published

on

Every policy that President Donald Trump tries to implement for American’s safety, is not only met with a great deal of resistance from the left but also from defiant judges who block his progress. We saw this several times with Trump’s travel ban from terrorist-tied countries and now we’re seeing it with regards to so-called Sanctuary cities. Judges are disguising their clear liberal bias as judicial rulings and now tensions over this illegal immigrant issue have put America at the breaking point, edging on a civil war. However, one prominent appeals court judge who ceremoniously struck down Trump’s travel ban in a clear act of defiance just met his own demise.

When liberal Judge Alex Kozinski wasn’t busy flipping the proverbial bird at our president with his defiant decisions, he was hiding something much worse from his pretentious perch on the stand. Turns out, Kozinski had a lot of secrets under that black robe of his and now they all just came back to haunt him under the most shocking circumstances.

This new movement that is sweeping the nation taking aim at holding powerful men accountable for sexual harassment, misconduct, and assault has now named a prominent Liberal jurist as a serial harasser. It’s now being reported that six former far left liberal Ninth Circuit clerks and externs are now saying that the liberal Judge Alex Kozinski subjected them to sexual comments and unwelcome situations.

One of the former Kozinski clerks, Heidi Bond, who was his clerk between 2006 and 2007 has gone on the record with allegations that on multiple occasions the judge summoned her alone to his chambers in order to show her pornography which was unrelated to any case before the judge. He then asked if the images turned her on. Bond recounts at least three different instances of being shown porn by her boss and says the experiences were shocking. She has also written an extremely disturbing first-person account of her experiences of clerking for Judge Kozinski where she also details Kozinski isolating her from her co-clerks to discuss his sexual history.

The Washington Post Reports:

Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, pictured in 2003. Six women — all former clerks or externs in the 9th Circuit — alleged to The Washington Post in recent weeks that Kozinski, now 67, subjected them to a range of inappropriate sexual conduct or comments.

A former clerk for Judge Alex Kozinski said the powerful and well-known jurist, who for many years served as chief judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, called her into his office several times and pulled up pornography on his computer, asking if she thought it was photoshopped or if it aroused her sexually.

Heidi Bond, who clerked for Kozinski from 2006 to 2007, said the porn was not related to any case. One set of images she remembered was of college-age students at a party where “some people were inexplicably naked while everyone else was clothed.” Another was a sort of digital flipbook that allowed users to mix and match heads, torsos and legs to create an image of a naked woman.

Bond is one of six women — all former clerks or more junior staffers known as externs in the 9th Circuit — who alleged to The Washington Post in recent weeks that Kozinski, now 67 and still serving as a judge on the court, subjected them to a range of inappropriate sexual conduct or comments. She is one of two former clerks who said Kozinski asked them to view porn in his chambers.

In a statement, Kozinski said: “I have been a judge for 35 years and during that time have had over 500 employees in my chambers. I treat all of my employees as family and work very closely with most of them. I would never intentionally do anything to offend anyone and it is regrettable that a handful have been offended by something I may have said or done.”

Kozinski provided the statement after The Post called and emailed a spokesman with a detailed list of the allegations this story would include. After the story posted online, the judge told the Los Angeles Times, “I don’t remember ever showing pornographic material to my clerks” and, “If this is all they are able to dredge up after 35 years, I am not too worried.”

When Bond was clerking, Kozinski was on the precipice of becoming chief judge for the 9th Circuit — the largest federal appeals court circuit in the country, handling cases for a large swath of the western United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. The other people who alleged that Kozinski behaved inappropriately toward them worked in the 9th Circuit both before and after her, up to 2012.

Bond said she knew that she was to come to the judge’s office when her phone beeped twice. She said she tried to answer Kozinski’s inquiries as succinctly and matter-of-factly as possible. Bond was then in her early 30s and is now 41.

If the question was about photoshopping, Bond said, she would focus on minor details of the images. If Kozinski asked whether the images aroused her, Bond said, she would respond: “No, this kind of stuff doesn’t do anything for me. Is there anything else you need?” She said she recalled three instances when the judge showed her porn in his office.

“I was in a state of emotional shock, and what I really wanted to do was be as small as possible and make as few movements as possible and to say as little as possible to get out,” Bond said.

Bond, who went on to clerk for the Supreme Court and now works as a romance novelist writing under the name Courtney Milan, and another clerk, Emily Murphy, who worked for a different judge on the 9th Circuit and is now a law professor, described their experiences in on-the-record interviews. The other four women spoke on the condition that their names and some other identifying information not be published, out of fear that they might face retaliation from Kozinski or others.

Kozinski, who served as the chief judge on the 9th Circuit from 2007 to 2014, remains a prominent judge, well known in the legal community for his colorful written opinions. His clerks often win prestigious clerkships at the Supreme Court.

Murphy, who clerked for Judge Richard Paez, said Kozinski approached her when she was talking with a group of other clerks at a reception at a San Francisco hotel in September 2012. The group had been discussing training regimens, and Murphy said she commented that the gym in the 9th Circuit courthouse was nice because other people were seldom there.

Kozinski, according to Murphy and two others present at the time who spoke to The Post, said that if that were the case, she should work out naked. Those in the group tried to change the subject, Murphy and the others present said, but the judge kept steering the conversation toward the idea of Murphy exercising without clothes.

“It wasn’t just clear that he was imagining me naked, he was trying to invite other people — my professional colleagues — to do so as well,” Murphy said. “That was what was humiliating about it.”

Murphy, who was 30 at the time of the incident and is now 36, provided The Post with a 2012 email showing that she told a mentor about what had happened at the time. Two of Murphy’s friends who were present at the time of the encounter, speaking on the condition of anonymity, also confirmed her account.

Now that’s sick, but then again, what else can we expect from a judge from the infamous 9th circuit court who is known for its radical far left agenda leanings. No wonder the 9th circuit wants Muslims Refugees in this nation, they act the same way their judges act.

It seems that for every right-wing leaning man who is accused of sexual misconduct there are at least 100 liberal men accused of the same, or worse. This whole time all these institutions where being run as brothels and not one person in the outside world even knew. They tell us how to think and what is and isn’t moral while at the same time their stench of immorality is off the charts.

Please share if you agree this Judge needs to be in prison…

BREAKING!! What Oprah Said About White People In This Video Will MAKE YOU SICK!

SHE’S NOW INELIGIBLE TO RUN!!!

Published

on

They were searching for years. It finally happened. They eventually found their “one” true gem after last year’s failure. Now after years of searching, liberals finally feel like they’ve seen a woman who can win the Presidency. Ironically, the notion to find a TV star candidate was stolen from the fact that President Trump had a bit of a TV career to go along with the rest of his business ventures. It’s also not lost on anyone that there are no two names more synonymous with wealth in America than Donald Trump and Oprah Winfrey. It’s quite funny that people on the left kept spouting off that you can’t have a television billionaire run for President – but now they have their television billionaire they want to run for President. Funny how that works, right? The left has literally copied exactly what the right does because they’re unable to craft their own winning strategy.

Liberals have found President Trump’s antithesis and plan to run her against him in the next presidential election of 2020. Winfrey is also boosted by the fact that she has a couple of social justice warrior bonus points working in her favor; she’s black, and she’s a she. She has everything that they said Hillary had, but without that annoying and predatory Bill tagging along for the free ride.

The one other thing that Oprah has in common with President Trump is that her career hasn’t been in politics. She hasn’t had to look over her shoulder and watch her mouth for her entire life. She’s just been giving out prizes from under the seats of her show set and participating in other business ventures that have nothing to do with politics. In the case of President Trump, that didn’t matter too much, because he wasn’t running on a platform of political correctness. That’s where they differ. Oprah would most likely be on the plan with political correctness, something that America has gotten sick of hearing about.

Oprah has given numerous honest and very liberal opinions over the years, and that is now coming back to haunt her. To make matters worse, the bumbling mainstream media is jumping up to defend her, and it’s not going well.

It’s scary to think of Oprah Winfrey in the Oval Office as anything more than a guest taking a tour. Her unashamed opinion on race issues and disdain for white people could be a problem. The longtime TV host has become increasingly anti-white over the years, to the point that she’s handing down a proverbial death sentence to those who don’t agree with her. Her idea is that racism is a problem of the past, so to fix the problem, those who lived in that time just need to die. That’s right folks. It was a horrible thing she said, and this video would be the bane of her existence if she ever ran for President. Oprah said as much in an interview in 2013:

It’s difficult to see someone who is considered to be a national leader asking for the death of hundreds of thousands of Americans. It’s even more painful to think people would want her to run the country with that attitude. Now, to be fair, she’s probably right about a small fraction of the older generation. There will always be at least a few people who say racially inappropriate things, but they do not stand for or represent the majority of our good Americans. Even if there are a few old cronies with a racist bone in their body, that doesn’t mean everyone is like that. That also doesn’t mean Oprah should call for a mass genocide of old white people.  That is a terrible and racist thing to say. It makes Oprah look like the black female Hitler who calls for the killing of a particular kind of people. Is that who the American people would want to vote for? I don’t think so.  It is NOT EVER OK to suggest that Americans try to kill people off just because they disagree with someone. What Oprah said is unforgivable and disgusting. We cannot believe she would say anything like that.

This probably seems exceptionally radical, based on what she just said, that someone would try to kill an old person because they’re racist, but it’s perhaps not as far-fetched as you might think. Currently, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Oregon, Vermont, and Washington have “death with dignity” laws that allow a terminally ill patient to voluntarily request and receive a prescription medication to hasten their death. This practice is also called euthanasia, which is a term that encompasses any physician-assisted suicide, and it dates back as far as ancient Greece and Rome.

The United States is beginning to accept the reasoning that a person might need to die before their natural time, based strictly on the quality of life. Right now, as with most of the new technologies offered to us, it’s optional. If we decide that our life isn’t worth living, we can end it. However, throughout most of history, it hasn’t been the patient choosing whether to pull their plug. In a socialist society, where it’s all for one and one for all, someone always has to decide what will be for the “greater good.”

In fact, Euthanasia comes from the Greek words, Eu (good) and Thanatosis (death) and it means “Good Death, “Gentle and Easy Death.” This word is used for “mercy killing.”  Withdrawal or with-holding treatment was practiced in history, the correct term for this is orthothanasia, which means ‘passive death.’

If you combine that with the incredibly scary, and over-reaching liberties taken in the Affordable Care Act (aka, Obamacare), then you can see how we were (and maybe still are) a hop, skip and a jump from the government choosing who lives and dies. If racism is considered cancer that should be cut out, then racism is redefined to mean anything liberals want, they would be able to hand down a death sentence to anyone the government wanted, by withdrawing care.

“Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” That is what we were promised in the constitution, but we’ve now come full circle to the point where we need to depend on another truth given to us by a founding father:
We must, indeed, all hang together or, most assuredly, we shall all hang separately. – Ben Franklin

Barack Just Made Disturbing Comment About Sasha While She’s On Beach Vacay – We Knew It!

WHO SAYS THAT ABOUT THEIR DAUGHTER!

The Obama family was spotted by paparazzi doing what they’re best at doing. This time it was only partially paid for by taxpayers. Half of the Obama family was on vacation in Miami, soaking up some sun, spending taxpayer money on security that had to travel. That’s when it got bizarre. Former President Obama became quite strange and creepy, even though he wasn’t spotted on the trip, but sure had something odd to say about it. Only Malia and Michelle were located in Miami, trying to soak up the taxpayer sun, and Barack still found his way to be mentioned in the article about the girl’s vacation. Nonetheless, Barack was pathetic, but that’s nothing new considering he went on an ‘apology tour’ during his Presidency.

The Daily Mail captured Malia and Michelle Obama in photographs as they pranced around Miami, hitting up elegant restaurants and flaunting their body in bathing suits while the taxpayer-funded security loathed behind begrudgingly. The article spoke about what the Obama girls were wearing, where they were going, and it was quite stalkerish. The job of a paparazzi to legally stalk people while they’re doing things is creepy. But then we bring it back to Barack Obama and his chat about his daughter, and that’s where it becomes strange.

Daily Mail reported:
“The former first lady also sported a long white blouse, a bandanna and large fold hoop earrings for the outing. Malia was looking similarly casual alongside her mother in a tan hoodie over her swimsuit, of which just her black bikini bottoms were visible. The tall teen toted in her hands a pair of white sneakers and her iPhone with a charger. She also was carrying a hefty-looking book – perhaps a bit of holiday break homework from Harvard University, where Malia is due to return later this month.

The ladies looked as though they didn’t have a care in the world, appearing as though the post-White House life suits them just fine.
The day at the beach appeared to be all about girl time as former president Barack Obama was nowhere to be seen. The Daily Mail spoke about the details of the girl’s vacation before it transitioned into what Barack Obama was up to and talking about. He was babbling on about his talk with Letterman, and that’s where it became ‘pathetic’ and readers must have become a bit creeped out. Obama’s chat with Letterman was a drooling confession to his pathetic self, something many readers have known about since watching the former President rule the greatest country in the world with no guts, glory, or manhood that fellow men would look up to.

Daily Mail continued:
“He discussed her move-in day with David Letterman on the talk show legend’s new Netflix project My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman.

Obama told him that he speaks with his daughter regularly because he is ‘pathetic,’ adding President Barack Obama said he was a wreck when he dropped his daughter Malia off at Harvard University. The 44th commander-in-chief discussed move-in day when he appeared as the first guest on David Letterman’s new Netflix talk show ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman’.

Obama then described how he speaks with the 19-year-old regularly because he’s ‘pathetic’.

‘It was like open-heart surgery man,’ Obama told Letterman of moving his oldest daughter into her college dorm in August 2017.

‘And it was was interesting to see how everybody handled things differently. Michelle had a cleaning glove and was scouring the bathroom…Sasha tries to be cool because she didn’t want to admit that she was going to miss her sister so she was helping make the bed and fold clothes. I was basically useless.”

Useless? Pathetic? Why don’t they tell us something we don’t know? It’s peculiar to describe yourself as inadequate or pathetic. That’s not what people want to hear considering this was the 44th President of the United States. Former Presidents aren’t supposed to be pathetic. They’re supposed to be leaders and not weaklings bowing down to their daughters. How can she look up to him if he’s self-professed as pathetic?

That was a bizarre conversation with Letterman.

BREAKING! Major Outbreak At US Airport! CDC Just ISSUED Urgent Warning

OMG! WARN Everyone NOW!

Published

on

The New Jersey Department of Health Health officials has just sent out an urgent warning to passengers who have traveled through the Newark Airport. Warning them they may have been exposed to a highly-contagious disease.

Passengers who traveled through Newark Airport in New Jersey were issued a measles exposure warning on Friday after the Department of Health confirmed that one international traveler who came down with the highly-contagious disease had gone through the airport on January 2nd. One of the busiest times of the year for travel.

The alert confirmed that on January 2, 2018, an international traveler with a confirmed case of the highly contagious measles virus arrived at Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport and departed for Indianapolis from a domestic terminal. Authorities did not confirm which domestic terminal the passenger used but in a statement Issued by the Department of Health of New Jersey said that the woman was identified as an Indiana University student.

Anyone who was at Newark Airport on that day between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. may have been exposed to measles. If infected, symptoms could show up as late as January 23. The disease, which was largely eradicated during the past decade began to re-emerge several years ago, due to immunization fears and an influx of immigrants which our nation doesn’t need or want. Measles can be easily spread via coughing and sneezing or coming in contact with the mucus or saliva from an infected person.

New Jersey health departments are in the process of notifying passengers who were potentially exposed on the infected passenger’s flight and they are asking anyone who believes they are infected to go to the doctor or an emergency department.

The Los Angeles Times Reports:

Vaccine refusal helped fuel Disneyland measles outbreak, study says

The actual number of measles cases linked to Disneyland shows that the vaccination rate may be as low as 50%
Although epidemiologists have not yet identified the person who brought measles to Disneyland, a new analysis shows that the highly contagious disease has spread to seven states and two other countries thanks to parents who declined to vaccinate their children.

Using some simple math, a team of infectious disease experts calculated that the vaccination rate among people who were exposed to the measles during the outbreak was no higher than 86%, and it might have been as low as 50%.

In order to establish herd immunity, between 96% and 99% of the population must be vaccinated, experts say.

“Even the highest estimated vaccination rates from our model fall well below this threshold,” the researchers reported Monday in the journal JAMA Pediatrics.

The analysis underscores that, in preventing outbreaks, “it’s not just about policy but about compliance,” said Erez Hatna, an infectious disease modeler at Johns Hopkins University Medical School who wasn’t involved in the study.

The measles outbreak
“It’s a compelling analysis,” added Dr. Mark Schleiss, a pediatric infectious diseases expert at the University of Minnesota who didn’t work on the study either. “In light of its findings, it’s surprising we don’t see more of an outbreak.”

The research team, from MIT and Boston Children’s Hospital, calculated the range of likely vaccination rates based on a few key data points. Based on historical data, infectious disease experts know that in the absence of any vaccination, a single person infected with measles can spread it to between 11 and 18 other people. They also know that it takes 10 to 14 days for one measles case to lead to another.

Parents take extreme steps to keep their kids from the unvaccinated
The last variable in their equation is the number of people in a semi-vaccinated community who actually become infected after exposure to a single person with measles. Since this figure – called the effective reproductive number – isn’t precisely known, the researchers considered scenarios where it was as low as 3.2 and as high as 5.8.

In the best-case scenario, the vaccination rate among people who encountered the measles as a result of the Disneyland outbreak was between 75% and 86%, the researchers calculated. If the true effective reproductive number was in the middle of the range, the vaccination rate would have been between 66% and 81%. If the effective reproductive number was high, the vaccination rate had to have been between 50% and 71%, according to the study.

In other words, the only way to explain how the measles spread from a single person at Disneyland to 145 people in the U.S. and about a dozen others in Canada and Mexico is that a substantial number of parents have not had their children fully immunized with the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine.

“Clearly, MMR vaccination rates in many of the communities that have been affected by this outbreak fall well below the necessary threshold to sustain herd immunity, thus placing the greater population at risk as well,” the researchers concluded.

Measles is a highly infectious viral disease that remains a leading cause of death in children worldwide. After patients cough or sneeze, the virus particles can survive as long as two hours on doorknobs, hand rails, elevator buttons and even in the air.

Despite the fact that a vaccine has been available for decades, about 400 people died from the measles every day in 2013, according to the World Health Organization. Before vaccination became widespread, the disease killed about 2.6 million people per year, the WHO says.

The index patient in the 3-month-old Disneyland outbreak was probably exposed to the measles overseas and then visited the Anaheim amusement park while contagious, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This particular strain of measles is identical to one that spread through the Philippines last year, where it sickened about 58,000 people and killed 110.

No deaths have been traced to the Disneyland outbreak.

Public health officials do keep track of vaccination rates. In California, for instance, the state Department of Public Health reported that 92.6% of kindergarten students had received at least two doses of the MMR vaccine in the 2014-15 school year.

So why did the study authors go to all this trouble? In an outbreak involving a major tourist destination like Disneyland, there is no single state, county or school district that can report the overall vaccination rate, the researchers wrote. As a result, mathematical modeling like this may give a clearer picture than any individual government agency.

The study authors said the scope of the Disneyland outbreak is certainly a reflection of the anti-vaccination movement, which continues to grow despite overwhelming medical evidence that the MMR vaccine does not cause autism or other developmental problems. In most cases, side effects are limited to pain at the injection site, fever, a mild rash or temporary swelling, according to the CDC. In rare cases, children may have a severe allergic reaction to the vaccine or develop febrile seizures, joint pain, temporary arthritis or a blood disorder called immune thrombocytopenic purpura.

The problem is that some parents are more scared of the MMR vaccine than they are of the measles, said Dr. William Schaffner, a specialist in infectious diseases at Vanderbilt University’s School of Medicine. In most cases, these parents have no first-hand experience with measles or other dangerous childhood illnesses that used to be common.

“They don’t fear or respect measles, so they don’t value the vaccine,” Schaffner said.

In Orange County, where Disneyland is located, the outbreak has sickened 35 people, including 14 children. Two of those children were too young to be vaccinated, and another had received only one of the two doses that are recommended, according to the Orange County Health Care Agency.

“This underscores the importance of vaccination in preventing the spread of measles, and protecting children who are too young to be vaccinated,” said Dr. Eric Handler, Orange County’s public health officer.

Three California state legislators have introduced a bill that would make it more difficult for parents to opt out of vaccinations by claiming a personal belief exemption. The bill, SB 277, would require children to be vaccinated against measles and other infectious diseases before enrolling in California schools.

One of the sponsors of the bill is Dr. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), a pediatrician
