BREAKING NEWS From California… They LOCKED Him Up For This FACEBOOK POST!!!

Published

on

It’s nice to know that in a time when my home state of California is coming apart at the seams the liberal loons in our government seem to manage to still be able to keep their anti-American, pro-Islamic priorities in order.

Here in California, we have a huge budget issue. We can’t walk the streets of any major city without running into feces from the homeless population which has grown a whopping 13% in only one year. And the state government can’t seem to be able to stop itself from taxing us citizens into oblivion. But our elected officials don’t care about all this, what they really care about is telling people what they can and can’t say to Muslims on social media.

Via Reason:

In September 2016, Mark Feigin posted five insulting comments on the Islamic Center of Southern California’s Facebook page (before he was finally blocked by the ICSC from commenting):

  • “THE TERROR HIKE … SOUNDS LIKE FUN” (written in response to the Center’s “Sunset Hike” announcement).
  • “THE MORE MUSLIMS WE ALLOW INTO AMERICA THE MORE TERROR WE WILL SEE.”
  • “PRACTICING ISLAM CAN SLOW OR EVEN REVERSE THE PROCESS OF HUMAN EVOLUTION.”
  • “Islam is dangerous – fact: the more muslim savages we allow into america – the more terror we will see -this is a fact which is undeniable.”
  • “Filthy muslim shit has no place in western civilization.”

READ COURT DOCS HERE

California is now prosecuting him for posting these comments, on the theory that they violate Cal. Penal Code § 653m(b):

Every person who, with intent to annoy or harass, makes repeated telephone calls or makes repeated contact by means of an electronic communication device … to another person is … guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this subdivision shall apply to telephone calls or electronic contacts made in good faith or during the ordinary course and scope of business.

The posts, the California AG’s office argues, were “were made with the specific intent to annoy and harass the members of the ICSC,” because Feigin “was not trying to engage in any kind of political discussion but instead trying to vex members of the ICSC with his thoughts about their religion.” The posts are criminal because they constitute “repeated harassment from those who wish to mock and disparage their religion,” and, “[r]ather than attempt to engage in discussion or debate,” are “cruel and pointedly aimed at dismissing an entire religion and those who practice it.”

What could be more “intolerable” than for [the] ICSC Communications Director … to check the ICSC’s Facebook page and discover that someone has written “PRACTICING ISLAM CAN SLOW OR EVEN REVERSE THE PROCESS OF HUMAN EVOLUTION” as the Defendant in this case did …. Or how about … “Filthy muslim shit has no place in western civilization.” This is exactly the kind of repeated, annoying, and harassing electronic communication that PC 653m(b) is meant to deter. Protected speech? Political speech? Defendant’s posts on the ICSC Facebook page are neither of those things.

And the government’s argument makes clear that it’s going after Feigin for the content — indeed the viewpoint — of his speech: “The mere content and nature of the posts establish that they are not made in ‘good faith’ as Defendant would suggest but are meant to annoy and harass.” “Defendant is not seeking understanding or guidance, instead he is posting in order to annoy and harass those who have beliefs with which he vehemently abhors.” The Facebook’s page public accessibility “does not translate into requiring ICSC or its members to sustain repeated harassment from those who wish to mock and disparage their religion.” “Rather than attempt to engage in discussion or debate, Defendant’s posts are cruel and pointedly aimed at dismissing an entire religion and those who practice it.” Nor is the government’s argument limited to vulgar epithets (“Filthy muslim shit”), though even those epithets are constitutionally protected when said outside the context of face-to-face “fighting words”; it applies just as much to the nonvulgar criticisms.

Of course, there’s nothing in the government’s logic that limits it to comments posted on the Islamic Center’s page, or for that matter on the Catholic Church’s page or the Westboro Baptist Church’s page or the Church of Scientology’s page. If the government is right, and the statute applies to posts on organizations’ pages, then it would apply to any repeated harshly critical posts

on an NRA page “intended to annoy” NRA employees,
on a pro-Trump page “intended to annoy” its operators,
or on any other ideological organization’s page.

The “during the ordinary course and scope of business” exception might exclude consumer complaints, but the government’s theory is that this exception doesn’t apply to this sort of criticism that is “cruel and pointedly aimed at dismissing an entire religion and those who practice it” — logic that would apply equally to criticism of political as well as religious ideologies. Nor can the courts constitutionally conclude that harsh insults of the NRA are “in good faith” and similar harsh insults of Islam are not.

This can’t possibly be consistent with the First Amendment; indeed, in U.S. v. Popa (D.C. Cir. 1999), the D.C. Circuit set aside a telephone harassment conviction of someone who left seven racist messages on the voicemail of then-U.S.-Attorney Eric Holder; and the court focused on the “political message” of the speech, and not on Holder’s status as a government official. Given that insults targeted to a particular person, related to a political message, are thus constitutionally protected, so are more general insults aimed at an ideology and all its adherents, whether that ideology is Islam, Scientology, conservatism, gun rights, or anything else. Laws aimed at preventing unwanted repeated messages to particular private citizens shouldn’t be applied to messages sent to ideological organizations (or to public officials). And this is especially so when it comes to annoying Facebook posts, which the organization can simply block.

Caleb Mason at Brown White & Osborn LLP — which many of our readers may know as the firm at which Ken White (Popehat) is one of the partners — has filed motions to dismiss the charges; I hope the court indeed promptly throws them out as unjustified under the statute, forbidden by the First Amendment, or both. But if the courts accept such charges, expect to see many more people, left, right, and otherwise, prosecuted for posting insulting messages on many groups’ web pages.

(I should note that Feigin is also being charged with making a threatening phone call to the Islamic Center; but that is a separate count, based on separate conduct, and it’s far from clear that Feigin was actually the person who made that call, as this CNN story [Scott Glover] describes. The Center employee who received the call claimed that it sounded like Feigin’s voice, which he heard when making a call to test the theory that the caller was the same person who wrote the Facebook posts. But the employee also continues to claim that the call sounded like the voice of someone who had left a different message on the Center’s voice-mail the day before — and that person has been proved to be someone other than Feigin.

Nor do the police have any phone records linking the threatening call to Feigin: They waited seven months before trying to get the records, and by then Citrix, which operated the calling number as part of its GoToMeeting teleconferencing system, had purged its records. This is why this post focuses on the Facebook posts, which Feigin did make, and not on the separate threatening phone call charge.)

Now keep in mind that us right wing writers, bloggers, TV, and Radio personalities all get attacked on social media on a daily basis. We even get threatened constantly. The moment we call to attention these facts to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram they tell us what was said doesn’t go against their “policies.” And those who have ever even bothered to contact law enforcement are told in no uncertain terms, “that’s what you do for a living so you need to get over it,” or “You knew what doing this would encompass,” like it’s ok. But if a Muslim group is heckled, not even threatened, the California Attorney General’s office gets involved.

People in this state better wake the hell up. California is fast becoming a rogue state which is trying desperately to become a European cesspool. They don’t care about the United States Constitution and they show this each and every year as they remove more and more of our second amendment rights. In fact, after this January 1st, 2018 California residents won’t be able to purchase ammunition without a permit anymore. And since the whole tracking system is still not in place because the state is broke, for the foreseeable future, all ammo sales in the state of California have been banned.

Please share in hopes that the Federal Government intervenes and saves California…

BREAKING!! Kate Middleton Just Rushed To The Hospital And Seen Without Her Wedding Ring!

SHE NEEDS OUR SUPPORT!

Published

on

With a number of recent catastrophes and drama within the Royal family, we’ve recently seen that being married to an heir of the Queen isn’t all fairytales and perfection. American actress Meghan Markle probably thought that she would forget her roots and waltz into this life of privilege and praise, but quickly learned that there’s a lot behind the title that maybe not have anything to do with storybook endings.

Kate Middleton came before Meghan Markle and has so far worn the proverbial British crown with impressive class. She exudes elegance and tradition and carries herself with a level of respect and compassion that hasn’t been seen since Princess Diana. She’s not just England’s Princess, America has adopted her as our own sense of royalty for the incredible example she sets as someone of such celebrity status that’s not often seen here in the states. It’s for that reason, that we take exceptional notice of her recent trip to the hospital while being seen without her ring, that has citizens of the U.S. realizing what’s really unfolding right now.

The Duchess of Cambridge has a lot on her plate right now with not only royal duties some may not realize come with the privilege, but she’s also expecting her third child with Prince William while having two young toddlers still to care for. She’s the picture of multi-management and one has to wonder where she gets the daily energy from to do it all and look flawless in the process. Like our own “reality” here in America, Middleton is a very hands-on mom like Melania Trump is. However, both of them now have one very special thing in common now.

Both the role of Duchess and First Lady of the United States come with far more responsibilities than people realize or give credit for. However, both of these women take their positions very seriously. What we just saw out of incredible Kate Middleton this week is something reminiscent of our own First Lady and needs not to be underestimated.

Like Melania, Kate has a heart for kids who can’t be home playing and being with their families. She genuinely cares for little tots, but it’s what she did when she went to visit sick kids in the hospital that is exceptionally impressive for this day and age.

The Daily Mail reports:

It is not every day a child meets a royal like the one they read about in storybooks and see in movies.

So it is of little surprise these excited primary school pupils wanted to make the most of the few moments they had with the Duchess of Cambridge when she visited their school today.

Pregnant Kate, 36, visited Bond Primary School in Mitcham, south-west London, this afternoon to see the work of the Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative.

When it came time for her to leave, the pupils she had met politely lined up to bid the royal visitor farewell.

But when Kate leaned down to shake hands with the first child in the queue, the little girl reached out for a cuddle instead – and the royal was very happy to oblige.

The heart-warming moment, which was captured on camera, continued as the girl’s classmates followed her lead and each gave Kate a hug farewell – much to the delight of the duchess.

Perhaps intentionally, Kate wore minimal jewelry, including a flashy wedding ring befit for a princess. She opted instead for a relatable look as to focus most of the attention of the kids and not her flash and fashion.

While some have been or may be quick to be critical of her volunteer work, claiming it’s just a royal duty for a person of her privilege, what fails to be recognized in her case as well as Melania’s is that regardless of they title they love this particular way they can be genuinely involved. It’s completely clear by the reactions and interactions caught in these pictures that Kate is enjoying every second of volunteering her time. This is something that people here in America can learn from our First Lady’s example who does the same, as well as by this royal leader who sets an incredible example across the pond. The world needs more of this kind of love for strangers and the suffering – and that’s something everyone can or should agree with.

What’s truly empowering for women in a feminist movement that’s so prevalent and vile these days is that if these women really wanted to make a difference, they could in an impactful way by simply being compassionate. The true representatives of real feminine virtue are leaders like Melania and Kate who never talk about their impact, they only represent by their example with what really matters – acts of genuine compassion and not divisive hate and entitlement.

BREAKING!! CEO Made SICK Announcement About What He Does To Conservative Customers!

Frank Lea

Published

on

Scott Jordan is the CEO and founder of SCOTTeVEST. He advertises on Fox News. Jordan recently said something horrible about the people he promotes to. What he said is horrendous and indeed a not-so-smart way to lose a lot of his business.

For starters, you cannot insult your potential customers and think they’ll be interested in your product or service. There is no way around saying terrible things about your potential customers and then trying to backtrack with an apology. Fox News viewers aren’t the sensitive type who complain too much about offensive words, but they are the type who will boycott a business that doesn’t show mutual respect to the clientele.

Scott Jordan is probably regretting his previous words right now. Maybe he’s counting his money to see if he has enough to stay rich after a possible boycott from people who watch Fox News. To criticize people with valid points is one thing, but to post or say a despicable something about your potential clients, with absolutely no fact, merit, or reason – is anything but civilized.

Here’s what Scott Jordan said. It’s in screenshot form because the post was removed or hidden from timeline.

Jordan’s post about Fox News viewers was uncalled for and immature. It’s not what he said that was so bad. It’s the fact that he said anything negative at all. He should’ve been more positive and talk about his possible customers with the utmost respect. That would have been a better business plan, but now he’s probably gritting his teeth on a chicken bone and wishing he kept his rich mouth shut.

Here is Scott Jordan apologizing. He also posted an apology on Facebook, but that no longer appears to be visible. Perhaps it was deleted. When you click on the link in his Tweet below, it comes up as not available or does not exist. I have no clarification on what happened to the post and did not see what it said. I believe it was a continuation of his Twitter post.  It’s nice that Scott Jordan owned up to his mistake and posted an apology. However, posting an excuse or apology is just part of the game. It does not change what he thinks about the people he advertises his products to. People apologize for a lot of things but it doesn’t make anything different, nor does it always change the way people think. Some FoxNews customers of Jordan’s are considering boycotting his services at SCOTTeVEST.

There’s nothing wrong with being rich, but there’s something irresponsible with being a rich guy who trashes his potential customers. He’d probably be twice as wealthy if he had more respect for the people who see his advertising. If he was just a cool, humble, rich guy who spoke well about his people, then he may be twice as prosperous. But that’s when I saw it. That’s when I saw the one thing about Scott Jordan that some others might not have noticed. Scott Jordan seems like he might be a Trump-Hater. It all makes sense now. The potential Trump-Hater Scott Jordan advertises on Fox News but has the nerve to insult those who are most likely to become his customer. Why doesn’t he advertise to CNN? Or does he? Maybe he does, but they don’t meet his requirements from a customer business point of view. I don’t know 100% if Jordan dislikes Trump, but I did see something from a well known Democrat Facebook page posted on his timeline. You can view his timeline on your own if you’re so inclined to see what else he posts.

I wonder what his business will be like in the next few weeks as Fox network viewers read about this. Will people boycott SCOTTeVEST? His product is clothes. There are millions of people in America who could be potential customers, and it seems like he just alienated a significant portion of those visitors. That’s a shame because that could be a huge detriment to his product. You may have thought, by the name of his company, that he was an investment sort of business. However, he’s just a clothes guy.  There’s plenty of clothing companies who do not talk trash about their potential buyers. There are more respectful companies to buy things from without supporting a guy who talks trash on people.

Good luck with your possible boycott, Scott Jordan.

BREAKING!! Obama Just Made DISGUSTING Announcement About His Daughter! NEVER EXPECTED THAT!

NEVER SAW THAT COMING!!

Published

on

The Obama family was spotted by paparazzi doing what they’re best at doing. This time it was only partially paid for by taxpayers. Half of the Obama family was on vacation in Miami, soaking up some sun, spending taxpayer money on security that had to travel. That’s when it got bizarre. Former President Obama became quite strange and creepy, even though he wasn’t spotted on the trip, but sure had something odd to say about it. Only Malia and Michelle were located in Miami, trying to soak up the taxpayer sun, and Barack still found his way to be mentioned in the article about the girl’s vacation. Nonetheless, Barack was pathetic, but that’s nothing new considering he went on an ‘apology tour’ during his Presidency.

The Daily Mail captured Malia and Michelle Obama in photographs as they pranced around Miami, hitting up elegant restaurants and flaunting their body in bathing suits while the taxpayer-funded security loathed behind begrudgingly. The article spoke about what the Obama girls were wearing, where they were going, and it was quite stalkerish. The job of a paparazzi to legally stalk people while they’re doing things is creepy. But then we bring it back to Barack Obama and his chat about his daughter, and that’s where it becomes strange.

Daily Mail reported:
“The former first lady also sported a long white blouse, a bandanna and large fold hoop earrings for the outing. Malia was looking similarly casual alongside her mother in a tan hoodie over her swimsuit, of which just her black bikini bottoms were visible. The tall teen toted in her hands a pair of white sneakers and her iPhone with a charger. She also was carrying a hefty-looking book – perhaps a bit of holiday break homework from Harvard University, where Malia is due to return later this month.

The ladies looked as though they didn’t have a care in the world, appearing as though the post-White House life suits them just fine.
The day at the beach appeared to be all about girl time as former president Barack Obama was nowhere to be seen. The former first lady also sported a long white blouse, a bandanna and large fold hoop earrings for the outing. Malia was looking similarly casual alongside her mother in a tan hoodie over her swimsuit, of which just her black bikini bottoms were visible.

The ladies looked as though they didn’t have a care in the world, appearing as though the post-White House life suits them just fine. The day at the beach appeared to be all about girl time as former president Barack Obama was nowhere to be seen.”

The Daily Mail spoke about the details of the girl’s vacation before it transitioned into what Barack Obama was up to and talking about. He was babbling on about his talk with Letterman, and that’s where it became ‘pathetic’ and readers must have become a bit creeped out. Obama’s chat with Letterman was a drooling confession to his pathetic self, something many readers have known about since watching the former President rule the greatest country in the world with no guts, glory, or manhood that fellow men would look up to.

Daily Mail continued:
“He discussed her move-in day with David Letterman on the talk show legend’s new Netflix project My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman.

Obama told him that he speaks with his daughter regularly because he is ‘pathetic,’ adding President Barack Obama said he was a wreck when he dropped his daughter Malia off at Harvard University. The 44th commander-in-chief discussed move-in day when he appeared as the first guest on David Letterman’s new Netflix talk show ‘My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman’.

Obama then described how he speaks with the 19-year-old regularly because he’s ‘pathetic’.

‘It was like open-heart surgery man,’ Obama told Letterman of moving his oldest daughter into her college dorm in August 2017.

‘And it was was interesting to see how everybody handled things differently. Michelle had a cleaning glove and was scouring the bathroom…Sasha tries to be cool because she didn’t want to admit that she was going to miss her sister so she was helping make the bed and fold clothes. I was basically useless.”

Useless? Pathetic? Why don’t they tell us something we don’t know? It’s peculiar to describe yourself as inadequate or pathetic. That’s not what people want to hear considering this was the 44th President of the United States. Former Presidents aren’t supposed to be pathetic. They’re supposed to be leaders and not weaklings bowing down to their daughters. How can she look up to him if he’s self-professed as pathetic?

That was a bizarre conversation with Letterman.
