BREAKING!!! Prosecutors Tried To “RIG” The TRIAL!!!!

Published

on

Where did my America go? This is one of the main reasons we have to be thankful for the fact that Donald Trump is our president and he is draining the swamp!

According to newly unsealed court documents released this week, it seems prosecutors who were leading the Bundy Family court case which stemmed from the 2014 armed standoff where the Federal Government under Former President Barack Hussein Obama took it upon themselves to overstep their bounds by not allowing the Bundy Family cattle to graze on Federal Land, actually attempting to ‘rig’ the case.

The Bundy case ended in a mistrial on December 2, 2016, after the presiding judge, Gloria Navarro, ruled that prosecutors violated the civil rights of the defendants by withdrawing evidence which supported the Bundys’ case. Navarro is considering dismissing the case all together under the  “prejudice” clause which would block prosecutors from ever retrying the case.

Judge Navarro went on to state there were over 3k pages of important evidence in the case which were only provided after the trial was well on its way and that she has never seen any case as badly tampered with or rigged as this one.

The 3k pages include the Bundys’ multiple requests for federal assessments that showed the Bundy family was not dangerous nor any threat to society. Prosecutors called the requests part of a “long list of frivolous and vexatious pleadings. But a government witness, under cross-examination, revealed knowledge of the assessments in court, if not those 3k pages would have never come to light.

According to various media outlets, her final ruling on this matter is said to be coming January 8, 2018.

The New American Reports:

BLM Agent in Bundy Case Accused of Misconduct

Federal Judge Gloria Navarro has denied motions to dismiss charges against 17 defendants in the Bundy Ranch standoff trials, but she has ordered prosecutors to turn over an investigative report that could severely damage the government’s case.

“The OIG (Office of the Inspector General in the Department of the Interior) Report details several violations of federal ethics regulations, misuse of government property, misuse of a government position, and ‘a lack of candor when interviewed,” Navarro wrote in a ruling this past week. “At a minimum, [defendants] may use this alleged misconduct on cross-examination to impeach [the agent].”

Las Vegas attorney Bret Whipple represents cattle rancher Clive Bundy in the case. He charged that Daniel Love (shown), an agent prominent in the Bundy case, is the same agent mentioned in the report. “I’m sure it is him,” Whipple said late last week. “If it is Dan Love…. He is the primary figure in the government’s case. He put together the plan.”

Whipple added that the report indicates that Love has no regard for the rule of law. Federal investigators claim that the agent, widely believed to be Love, wrongly used his influence as a federal agent with the BLM to gain benefits at Burning Man (a popular annual event, which draws thousands of attendees), and then intimidated other BLM staff to keep quiet about his misconduct.

Burning Man, held in the Black Rock Desert in northern Nevada, celebrates art, among other things. The highlight is the burning of an effigy — thus Burning Man.

Nevada Assembly Woman Michele Fiore said of BLM agent Love: “Scoring a few tickets and having sex with his girlfriend in a BLM trailer at Burning Man is the least of his offenses. This man is the same guy who threatened to use lethal force against American citizens and elected officials — myself included — during the protest at Bundy Ranch. … This guy actually disobeyed the direct order of our state attorney general and beat people up and arrested them when he had no authority to do so…. At this point I think the right thing to do in this situation is, to let our men who have been wrongfully accused of threatening the BLM, out of jail and put Daniel P. Love, the real criminal, in jail for a very, very long time.”

According to the inspector general’s report, the BLM agent, which Bundy’s lawyer insists is Love, was supposedly on duty for 24 hours of official work, for three consecutive days, but was also in attendance at the Burning Man event. Investigators claim that the agent intimidated co-workers to not cooperate with investigators, coaching them to say, “I don’t recall” when asked questions.

One co-worker claimed that the agent said, “You know, if you don’t side with me, grenades are going to go off and you’ll get hit.”

Michael Richardson, a spokesman for the BLM, stated, “The Bureau of Land Management takes allegations of misconduct seriously. These types of allegations do not align with our mission or the professionalism and dedication of our 10,000 employees doing essential work for America’s public lands each and every day.”

Sarah Gordon, an associate professor of law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, opined that Love’s behavior will certainly impact the outcome of the case. “This stuff,” she said, “suggests that he’s willing to cheat and lie for his job.” While she does not think it “kills” the case for the federal government, it certainly makes it much more difficult. “Anytime a witness is on the stand,” she noted, “you can cross-examine them and … try to impeach him. They can ask him about things that [could] show that he’s dishonest.”

There are 17 defendants in the case in which the government has charged multiple offenses, including conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

Clive Bundy’s multi-year feud with the federal government in a dispute over grazing lands on federal land ended in the famous 2014 standoff. Beginning in the 1990s, Bundy refused to pay the BLM for his cattle grazing on “public lands” near his ranch in Bunkerville, Nevada, located about 80 miles north of Las Vegas. The BLM ordered Bundy to remove his cattle, finally winning a court order in 2014 to seize the rancher’s cattle as payment for more than a million dollars in back fees.

Love led BLM agents in rounding up 1,000 head of Bundy’s cattle. Bundy reacted by using social media to ask for help to defend his land rights against the federal government. Several militia groups, bearing rifles and handguns, showed up from several western states, including Arizona, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada. After a six-day standoff, BLM withdrew from the area, arresting no one.

Bundy continued to use the public land to graze his cattle.

This was followed by a siege on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon in 2016 by Bundy’s sons, Ammon and Ryan. Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum was killed in the confrontation, and the government made several arrests. However, a federal jury acquitted Ryan and Ammon Bundy, along with five other defendants.

While Clive Bundy was not involved in the Oregon episode, he was arrested for the 2014 incident in Nevada, when he went to visit his sons. Fourteen others were also charged in that standoff, and all are being held without bail in Nevada.

While the alleged misconduct of Dan Love may result in more not guilty verdicts, there are deeper issues at play, largely ignored by the major media.

Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution limits the ownership of land by the federal government. Congress is given power to obtain ownership of land outside of the federal district in Washington, D.C., but only for the purposes of “forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings.” But, to do this, the Constitution requires the Congress obtain a “cession” from states, with the “consent of the Legislature of the State in which the same shall be.”

While this was generally the case with the original 13 states, and the states admitted into the Union in the early years of the federal republic, states added later, mostly west of the Mississippi River, have seen large amounts of their land retained by the federal government, in violation of this provision of the Constitution.

States were to be admitted on an “equal footing” with the original 13 states, meaning the full sovereignty of their lands as provided in the Constitution. Sadly, the federal government acts as a distant landlord, holding up to 90 percent of the land in the western states.

Even before the adoption of the Constitution in 1789, the Congress operating under the Articles of Confederation provided for land to be transferred to states and individuals as quickly as possible with the Northwest Ordinance of 1787. Under its provisions, states created out of that land found north of the Ohio River, east of the Mississippi River, and west of the Appalachian Mountains were to enter the Union as equals.

So, the land policy of the U.S. government, with the Bureau of Land Management, violates two cardinal principles of our federal republic: the sovereignty of the states, and the private ownership of property. In the case of Clive Bundy, he has said he would be willing to pay grazing fees to the state and local government, but he rejects the notion that the federal government has any right to own land (except for the narrow purposes found in the Constitution).

States have not “consented” to this violation of their sovereignty — a policy largely begun at the instigation of President Theodore Roosevelt, and continued to the present day.

President Barack Obama, for example, used the “Antiquities Act” to issue executive orders to seize millions of acres of land in several western states. The Obama White House justified this action by asserting, “In addition to permanently protecting incredible natural resources, wildlife habitat and unique historic and cultural sites, and providing recreational opportunities for a burgeoning region, the monuments will support climate resiliency in the region.” This executive order will place these areas “off-limits” not only to economic activities such as mining, oil and gas exploration, grazing, and timber harvest — but also recreational uses such as camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and off-road vehicle usage that the public has enjoyed for years.

When Congress adopted the Northwest Ordinance of 1787, they made a conscious decision that the United States of America, begun as colonies of the British Empire, would not have colonies of its own. Yet, today we have a situation in which western states do exist in a semi-colonial status.

It is to be hoped that the Bundys and the others being prosecuted — one might even argue, persecuted —by the federal government are found not guilty in court. Agent Love’s alleged misconduct increases the chances of an acquittal. But Americans should not be content until the federal government and its agents respect and follow the Constitution of the United States, which, after all, they are pledged to uphold.

This would require the federal government give up its lands and turn them over to the states and their citizens.

This proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that what is supposed to be OUR government is being run like a corrupt mafia family empire and it needs to be stopped. These people work for us, not the other way around. They need to start respecting law-abiding American citizens at least as much as they respect Illegal Aliens.

Please share if you want to see people fired over this corruption…

BREAKING News From DC! THEY Caught HIM!!! ENJOY PRISON

ROT IN HELL SCUMBAG

Published

on

This is just unbelievable on every level!

The United States Justice Department has now announced that an ex-CIA agent suspected by FBI investigators of helping the Chinese intelligence dismantle American spying operations and identify informants in China has finally been arrested.

In addition to this stunning revelation, it’s also been confirmed that the way this former officer managed to act in favor of China´s interests is the most disturbing detail of this case, which involves the FBI and their corruption that runs through the core of the organization.

Since the agency took five years in executing actions against the suspected spy it gave him five long years in which he had more than enough time to successfully sell multiple batches of classified US Intelligence information.

But what appears to be one of the most curious details about this man is the fact that he decided to travel to the states back in 2012 in order to live with his family in Virginia. During that time agents of the bureau searched his luggage during hotel stays in Virginia and Hawaii and were able to find two small books which contained classified information giving the identities of CIA assets in China. But what’s perhaps the most disturbing part of this whole saga is that after being questioned by FBI officers in 2013, this traitor was actually allowed to return to Hong Kong. This is something the treasonous anti-American Barack Hussein Obama Administration should have never let happen.

But now this traitor came back to the states where he has now been arrested. And to add to the mystery no one seems to understand his motive for his return if he had prior knowledge he would be arrested the moment he got off the plane.

Conservative Daily Post Reports:

JUST IN: Obama FBI Gave Arrested CIA Officer FIVE Years To Sell Classified Material To China, Sources Killed

The FBI lasted five years in executing actions against the suspect, a time in which this person successfully sold classified information.

Yesterday, the Justice Department announced that an ex-CIA agent suspected by investigators of helping the Chinese intelligence dismantle American spying operations and identify informants has finally been arrested. In addition to the way this former officer managed to act in favor of China´s interests, one of the most revealing details of this case involves the FBI. After all, this agency lasted five years in executing actions against the suspect, a time in which this person successfully sold classified information.

Naturally, the collapse of the spy network represented one of the worst intelligence failures in the history of the United States. The name of the ex-CIA officer is Jerry Chun Shing Lee, a 53-year-old man who was quite useful to the Chinese regime.

His arrest capped a strong FBI inquiry that started in 2012, just two years after the CIA began losing its informants in China in the most mysterious way. When this situation was taken place, the main question was how the Chinese intelligence managed to get the agency’s most dearly held secrets and the information of so many sources.

Why the bureau refused to arrest Lee after originally finding the classified material in his books remains unclear. James Comey was the FBI director during that period.

At the time, some intelligence officials concluded that there had to be a mole inside the agency that was exposing its list of informants. Other intelligence officials believed that the Chinese regime managed to hack the agency´s covert communications. This one was used to communicate with the foreign sources of information.

Apparently, Lee has been living in China since 2007, the year in which he decided to leave the agency. At that time, he moved to the city of Hong Kong and started to work for a well-known auction house.

This man was apprehended at the Kennedy Airport in New York on Monday. Eventually, Lee was charged in federal court in Northern Virginia with the unlawful retention of national defense information.

The name of the ex-CIA officer is Jerry Chun Shing Lee, a 53-year-old man who was quite useful to the Chinese regime.

What seems to be one of the most curious details about this man is the fact that he decided to travel to America in 2012 in order to live with his family in Virginia. Reports revealed it was exactly during that trip that agents of the bureau searched his luggage during hotel stays in Virginia and Hawaii and found two small books that contained classified information. After being questioned by FBI officers in 2013, he went back to Hong Kong.

So far, it remains unclear why Lee decided to return to the United States this month, considering that he probably knew he was going to get arrested. While many believe this could be a part of a major plan, it is possible that this was nothing more than an intelligence move by the CIA and FBI.

In the books, the 53-year-old man wrote several details about certain meetings between the agency´s informants and undercover agents. According to court papers, Lee wrote the real name of these individuals, as well as their phone numbers. Prosecutors assured that the information that Lee had in those books reflected the same data contained in the classified cables that this man had written while he was working at the CIA.

The number of informants lost in China rivaled losses in Russia and even the Soviet Union during the betrayals of Robert Hanssen and Aldrich Ames, formerly of the FBI and the CIA.

Thanks to Lee´s act, more than a dozen informants of the agency were imprisoned or killed by the Chinese regime. According to the New York Times, the number of informants lost in this country rivaled losses in Russia and even the Soviet Union during the betrayals of Robert Hanssen and Aldrich Ames, formerly of the FBI and the CIA.

One of the most curious details about Lee´s case is that the sworn affidavit unsealed yesterday doesn’t say whether there is any kind of evidence that he disseminated the classified data to the Chinese regime or any other foreign agents.

The affidavit was signed by FBI Special Agent Kellie O’Brien. He stated that agents of the bureau interviewed Lee in five different opportunities back in May and June 2013. Apparently, Lee didn’t mention having the classified documents. In addition, this man didn’t mention anything about the documents during certain encounters with former CIA colleagues.

According to court documents, Lee served in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1986. He eventually joined the CIA in 1994 as a case officer, and eventually served in China during his career. Some former agency officials said that those who knew him always claimed Lee left the CIA quite annoyed.

Why the bureau refused to arrest Lee after originally finding the classified material in his books remains unclear. If convicted, this man faces up to 10 years in prison.

Please share if you agree we need to get to the bottom of this mess….

Muslim Refuses To Remove Headscarf In Bank, Gets WRONG Teller Who Figured Out What She’s Hiding

WE KNEW IT!

Published

on

Up until recently, businesses in the United States have had the right to refuse service to anyone that they wanted to and for any reason that they wanted to. Some put up signs, but in general, it’s the proprietors prerogative to serve who he wanted. Some even put up signs i.e. “no shirt no shoes no service” or something similar. That’s more of a friendly warning as to the general standards that a store might want to keep, but basically, it’s up to whoever owns an establishment to decide how they wanted to run their business. And if you don’t like it, you can take your business elsewhere.

Recently, it has become a big issue when bakers didn’t want to make a cake for a gay marriage, and the issue arose about who has to serve whom, and under what conditions. Our old friend Political Correctness rose up and decided to tell us what freedoms would be taken away, and sadly many people listened to him.

The most pressing concern of many businesses, especially institutions dealing with money, is, of course, safety. They have rules about what you can bring in, and what you can wear. This is presumably because of what it might be concealing. That was the case with a credit union in Washington, where a young lady got it into her head that she was being discriminated against because when she broke the rules about how they would serve her, she was asked to comply.

This is what her Facebook post read:

“I went into Sound Credit Union in Kent, Wa to pay my bill as normal. The video above will show the discrimination that I faced today. I am a black Muslim woman and was observing Jummah, so I had my hood on. The teller asks me to ‘take off my hood’. In order to adhere to their policy, I ran outside to get my hijab. When I came back, two men before me were served with no issues, but both were wearing hats. Then I confronted the teller and he told me ‘it should be no issue, let me get my supervisor for permission,’. Instead of seeking a resolution, she chose to do this…watch the video.
I never want this to happen to anybody and NOBODY should ever be treated this way. Thank you.”

Via Q13 Fox:

“KENT, Wash. — It’s a possible case of discrimination. A Seattle-area woman claims she was refused service at a credit union because of the religious garments she was wearing.

It happened Friday at the Sound Credit Union in Kent.

Jamela is a black Muslim woman. She didn’t want to go on camera or talk specifically about what happened, but she did give us permission to show the video she recorded of what took place inside that bank Friday.

According to Jamela’s Facebook post, it all started when she was told by a teller to “take off her hood,” which she says she did, to abide by their policy.

She was wearing her religious garments that day.

She claimed two men were served before her and both of them were wearing hats.

So she then asked to speak to the supervisor there, and that’s when it seems things quickly got out of hand.

Jamela said she believes, in this case, she was discriminated against.

On Sunday, she said she is still very shaken up by this whole experience.

She said she does want this to happen to anybody, and nobody should ever be treated this way.

The bank has since made a statement:

‘We looked into the situation and agree that we did not handle it well. We want to express our deepest apology to the person involved. As a result, we are looking at our procedures and training and will make changes to make sure that a situation like this never happens again. It is clear our training needs to include more empathy and sensitivity to all cultures, because as a credit union we believe in equal treatment of all people.'”

What happened was that the employees were scared and worried that if she wasn’t obeying the rules, she might have a more devious reason. This is a financial institution that might have quite a few people wanting to rip it off. It’s sad that they not only can’t enforce the rules that they themselves posted, so plainly for all to see, but also that the employees have to live in fear of a PR nightmare, instead of protecting themselves.

The young lady in question seemed so irate that there were people who were let to have their ball caps on and were still served, but that argument doesn’t even pass the straight face test. In order to conceal something in a ball cap, you’d just about have to have a collapsable skull. So barring an alien invasion or a visit from the bionic man at the credit union, I doubt there’s much to fear there. And saying that a business has to treat everyone the same would be like saying that because Starbucks gives away free drinks to cops, they must give a free one to me as well. No, it’s their choice to decide not only what they do, but who they do it to, and how it’s done. If you don’t like it, you’re welcome (no, encouraged) to take your business elsewhere.

Man Finds Teen Who Was Kidnapped, Raped- Does The Unthinkable

HE DECIDED TO…

Published

on

A Minnesota farmer who rescued a kidnapped girl was given a reward for finding her, and decided to give it to her family rather than keep it for himself.

Earl Melchert was on his property one day when he spotted something moving. He first thought it was a deer, but got closer and was shocked to discover that it was 15-year-old Jasmine Block — who had disappeared a month earlier and was kidnapped by three men. The men reportedly held her hostage in an abandoned home and had sexually abused her.

When Melchert found her, Jasmine was attempting to escape her captors.

“Oh my gosh, this is the gal from Alexandria that’s been gone for 29 days,'” he told The New York Times, All That’s Fab reported. “It’d been on the news, it’d been online. It went national. It was on posters, in stores, her face, her picture. Right away I recognized her.”

Melchert signaled the girl over to his truck, helped her in and drove her to a police station. On the way, the girl reportedly saw one of her captors searching for her. She had escaped earlier when the three kidnappers were out. She had tried knocking on doors of nearby houses to no avail. She swam across a lake and walked through a field to Melchert’s property, where he then saw her.

After the rescue, Melchert was given a $7,000 reward for the girl’s return. He refused to accept it, however, and instead gave it to Jasmine’s family.

“What no one expected was the kindness and generosity that came straight from Earl’s heart today,” Police Chief Rick Wyffels wrote in a Facebook post, All That’s Fab reported. “He believes that young lady that came running towards him that September day is the real hero and without hesitation, Earl handed the reward over to her, followed by a big hug. Thank you Earl, it is people like you that make this world a better place.”

Melchert said he was proud to have helped save the girl.

“It’s the best thing I’ve ever done,” he said. “The family needs the money… to me, yeah, that’s a lot of money, but they need it way worse than I do.”

Many readers applauded Melchert for his generosity after such a brave act, and also praised the teen for being courageous enough to escape her kidnappers.

“There are two hero’s in this story. The good man that helped this young lady, the brave young lady that went through this horrible experience. May God help her get her life back & try to move on. God bless her for her bravery & endurance to make it thru this ordeal. Hope that the ones that are guilty are apprehended & put away a long time,” one Newsiosity reader commented on the site’s Facebook page.

“That’s a true hero. The one who rescued a girl not for the $$. We need more people like him. Glad the little girl is safe at home,” another wrote.

“First and foremost thank you for doing this to protect that young lady and your kindness for realizing how much that family needed the reward money God bless you sir,” another added.
