WTH??? Facebook BANNED This Transgender Meme Because It Offended SJWs – Idiots

It looks like Facebook is at it again

Published

on

It looks like Facebook is at it again. The social media giant has a history of bias against conservatives and was the subject of criticism in May after whistleblowers revealed that Facebook employees suppressed conservative news on the site. In recent weeks, owners of conservative sites say that Facebook banned a meme that called transgenders “mental disorders.”

Facebook-gender-ban 1

The meme in question, shown above, shows 32 gender symbols. The list starts with the traditional Mars and Venus symbols for male and female, but then includes new symbols ranging from various transgender symbols to “androgyne” to “demiagender (with third gender).” The two traditional genders were circled in green and labeled “genders.” The other 30 symbols were circled in red and labeled “mental disorders.”

In at least two cases, Facebook has unilaterally removed the meme from conservative Facebook pages while offering no recourse or appeal for the page owners.

Devin Pelkey, owner of the Conservative Soapbox page on Facebook, said, “My account was logged out on my phone, the Pages Manager [app] and Messenger [app]. I was asked to voluntarily suspend my page to remove other content that violated the Facebook terms of service.” Pelkey said that he was not the creator of the meme.

The notification that Facebook sent includes a link to Facebook’s community standards. There was no indication which standard was violated, but presumably it fell under the “encouraging respectful behavior” heading. The preface to the section reads:

People use Facebook to share their experiences and to raise awareness about issues that are important to them. This means that you may encounter opinions that are different from yours, which we believe can lead to important conversations about difficult topics. To help balance the needs, safety, and interests of a diverse community, however, we may remove certain kinds of sensitive content or limit the audience that sees it.

In the same section, under “hate speech,” the standards state:

Facebook removes hate speech, which includes content that directly attacks people based on their:

  • Race,
  • Ethnicity,
  • National origin,

  • Religious affiliation,
  • Sexual orientation,
  • Sex, gender, or gender identity, or
  • Serious disabilities or diseases.

But did the meme constitute hate speech? Was it an attack on people for their gender identity?

According to Psychology Today, gender dysphoria is a real mental disorder:

Gender dysphoria (formerly Gender Identity Disorder) is defined by strong, persistent feelings of identification with the opposite gender and discomfort with one’s own assigned sex that results in significant distress or impairment. People with gender dysphoria desire to live as members of the opposite sex and often dress and use mannerisms associated with the other gender. For instance, a person identified as a boy may feel and act like a girl.

The American Psychological Association website says “a psychological state is considered a mental disorder only if it causes significant distress or disability.” It then goes on to say, “According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), people who experience intense, persistent gender incongruence can be given the diagnosis of ‘gender dysphoria.’ Some contend that the diagnosis inappropriately pathologizes gender non-congruence and should be eliminated. Others argue that it is essential to retain the diagnosis to ensure access to care.”

In other words, the APA recognizes gender dysphoria but doesn’t consider it a mental disorder unless it is upsetting to the individual. This is in spite of the fact that the APA acknowledges that gender dysphoria is listed as mental disorder in psychological manuals.

Last year, former Johns-Hopkins psychiatrist-in-chief Dr. Paul McHugh wrote in the Wall St. Journal that gender confusion “constitutes a mental disorder in two respects. The first is that the idea of sex misalignment is simply mistaken—it does not correspond with physical reality. The second is that it can lead to grim psychological outcomes.”

Facebook seems to be allowing liberal bias to outweigh scientific reality in the case of speech critical of transgenders. At the very least, there is a robust debate about whether transgender is a mental disorder. Facebook’s own community standards purport to support such an “important conversation.”

Jeff Thomas, an administrator for The Common Sense Conservative page, said that his page had the same experience as Pelkey’s Conservative Soapbox. The post had been up for about a week and was generating a lot of attention and discussion, which Facebook says it encourages. Then, with no warning, the post was suddenly removed.

When Facebook removes a post, the person who posted it is notified. They have to click “continue” on the notification to get back to their account. There is no appeal if the decision is wrong or unfair. In fact, it is very difficult to contact Facebook about anything. Facebook’s help tab contains a link to “contact your grievance officer” that only works in India, but there is also a “give us feedback” link that allows users to send a message to Facebook.

Thomas says that the administrators for the page sent a feedback message to Facebook explaining about gender dysphoria. So far, they have not received a reply other than a form email that says that “we can’t respond to your emails individually, but we are paying attention to them.”

Thomas and Pelkey are both unhappy with the outcome in which an anonymous Facebook user used Facebook’s bureaucracy to quash a lively debate over an interesting and unsettled scientific and cultural topic with real-world implications.

“It’s some bullshit is what it is,” noted Pelkey.

BREAKING NEWS About Malia Obama – Barack Did It To Her!

Published

on

It’s difficult to parse out just what will be the legacy that Obama leaves behind. It could be any number of things; the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) was a huge pet project, as was arming Muslim majority nations who want to kill the United States. Growing the government and overburdening the welfare system was also a huge move on the part of Democrats while Obama was in office. But when we look back on the 8 years as a whole, one of the biggest things to stick out is the way he once again set racism on fire.

One might think that being a mixed race person himself he would want peace among the two races that he could reasonably claim, but that just didn’t seem to be the case. With the help of his very empowered black wife, President Obama lit up America with overtly racist sentiments, and like any good wildfire, it’s now burning completely out of control.

They might have thought that what they were doing would only be good for their family. After all, they all identified as black people, and the fire of racism was fueled by black Americans who wanted more than what they’d been given. They apparently didn’t look far enough into the future to see that one of their daughters might just want to go out with a person who wasn’t black. Or maybe it was the other way around, and as teenagers sometimes do, his daughter saw what her daddy hated the most and decided to take it out on a date just to make him mad. Either way, Malia Obama has found herself in the middle of a hailstorm of her dad’s own making after beginning to date a white boy while in college.

The Political Insider reports that Malia has not only been making front pages but getting a ton of hate from the supposed tolerant black community:

“Since leaving the White House, former First Daughter Malia Obama has enrolled in Harvard University and is busying herself doing all the things uniquely privileged young people do, including dating other uniquely privileged young people. However, black people are very upset at Malia’s choice of boyfriend, specifically that he’s white.”

As you can imagine, this didn’t sit well with the “blacks are better crowd” and being the vocal group that they are, they voiced their “concerns” on Twitter. Here is a snapshot of just a few of their responses.

“When it comes down to it, though, it’s not all that surprising that many BLM supporters are angry that Malia, a high-profile woman of color, is dating a white man. The BLM movement has become increasingly tribalistic and hostile toward other races, in particular [sic], whites. And, sadly, they don’t seem to recognize or understand that their behavior and beliefs are, in fact, often racist themselves.

Can you even feature what would happen if a white former first daughter went out with a black man and white people jumped down her throat about it. Forget that they’re the same group who says that we should be allowed to love whoever we love, even if it’s a CD player, they apparently draw the line at a black girl dating a white boy. But even more troubling is the way they’re disparaging a person because of their race. Apparently, that’s okay if the race happens to be caucasian though.

This isn’t the first time this issue has made the front pages though. Tea Party.org  had this to say about the way Malia is defying her dad’s and his party’s definite terms of how she should act:

“The reaction to Malia’s choice of sexual partner exposes yet another flagrant hypocrisy on the Left – if the races were reversed in this situation, if these accounts belonged to white people going spittle-frothing nuts over one of their own kissing a black girl, CNN would have picked it right up and made an instant hit out of it.

Many liberals might view interracial relationships and families as the solution to ‘white privilege.’ Others, however, clearly don’t.

It’s disgusting that these ‘black activists’ are proudly using racial slurs and calling for the oppression of someone who doesn’t fit in with their in-group preferences. What’s hilarious, however, are the users claiming that Obama “sees through the eyes of White supremacy.” The president who constantly championed diversity and implemented affirmative action … indeed, he must clearly believe white people are racially superior.

Left-wingers have a lot of explaining to do after this. The problem here clearly isn’t white people’s antagonism towards other races – black activists here are even more hateful than the whites whose race they’re constantly deconstructing, both intellectually and physically.

Barack Obama himself is mixed-race. How could he or anyone on the left possibly excuse this racist behavior from people who claim to support him? Probably because they don’t actually care about diversity or people’s choices – they just don’t like white people.”

There was, of course, a time when the inequality went in favor of white people, but as Martin Luther King Jr. himself said, we will never truly be free of racism until we stop seeing color at all.

BREAKING: Obama Was Just KICKED OUT! Michelle Is About To RAGE!

THEY SHOULD’VE KEPT THEIR MOUTHS SHUT!

Published

on

Barack Hussein Obama has a hard time relinquishing his role of being the president and since leaving the White House has continued to act as such and expect certain entitlements. Michelle Obama is no exception to this entitlement mentality either and in some ways, she’s worse as she endlessly travels the globe and expects to be treated like a queen. For eight years, she genuinely thought she was royalty. Now that she’s a regular citizen, she’s having a hard time of letting go of her former status as the (failed) first lady and keeps trying to push her way into every major social scene where she doesn’t belong and is apparently not invited.

When she heard the news that Prince Harry was marrying a black American girl, she assumed it was her and Barack’s place to be on that guest list, which has to be approved by the Queen of England herself. Michelle made a desperation move to sneak a spot on that exclusive guest list and as soon as the real queen found out what the wannabe royalty did, she delivered a brutal beatdown that was definitely deserved.

As soon as the big news about the royal engagement of Prince Harry and an American actress Meghan Markle was announced, the Obamas saw an opportunity to edge their way into the elites, like a couple of desperate kids trying to hang with the popular crowd at school. Barack immediately got on social media to beat President Trump to the congratulatory punch. He has a lot more time on his hands than the Commander-in-Chief who is busy cleaning up his mess. Barack practically stalked the prince on Twitter and made a post within seconds of the news coming out, which perhaps had an undertone of letting the royals know that he and Michelle were available that day to attend. That didn’t work out so well for the Obamas and they weren’t too happy about it.

After weeks of speculation, the royal family has made a decision that’s rightfully in the best interest of the monarchy.

The Daily Mail reports:

The forthcoming royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was branded a “diplomatic timebomb” if Barack Obama was invited, but not Donald Trump.

And now, courtiers are doing their best to defuse the explosive.

I hear that Prince Harry, who counts Obama as a friend, won’t ask the former Democrat U.S. President to his nuptials at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on May 19.

“President Trump will not be invited because the wedding will be for friends and family only,” a source tells me.

“It won’t be a state occasion. If Mr. Obama was invited, the invitation could look like a snub to Mr. Trump, and His Royal Highness would not wish to cause a diplomatic row.”

Courtiers say such an invitation could further antagonize Republican President Trump who, as the Mail disclosed, canceled a proposed visit to London next month to open the new £750 million U.S. embassy.

A senior source suggested Trump called off what would have been his first trip to Britain since he entered office a year ago as he was unhappy about the arrangements and scale of the visit.

He was not due to meet the Queen until a full state visit at a later date.

Trump’s explanation for the snub was that the embassy’s move from Grosvenor Square in London’s Mayfair district to cheaper Nine Elms, south of the Thames, was a ‘bad deal’ by the Obama administration.

When Harry was a guest editor of Radio 4’s Today show last month, he was asked if he would be inviting Obama, who agreed to be interviewed for the programme. ‘I don’t know about that,’ he replied.

“We haven’t put the invites or the guest list together yet, so who knows whether he’s going to be invited or not? I wouldn’t want to ruin that surprise.”

No doubt, Meghan will have her own views. The U.S. former actress previously described Trump as ‘misogynistic’ and ‘divisive’.
Despite practically begging to be invited, the British government is actually begging the royals to refuse the Obamas on their guest list for the much-anticipated wedding set for May 19. The Obamas can thank President Trump for that which will surely not sit well with the entitled pair.

The Sun reports:

Government mandarins are urging Prince Harry not to invite the Obamas to his wedding for fear of infuriating Donald Trump.

Harry and fiancée Meghan Markle have told aides they want the former US president and wife Michelle at their big day on May 19.

The 33-year-old prince has become good friends with the Obamas since bonding with them during the Invictus Games.

But Britain’s relations with Trump’s White House have sunk to their lowest ebb since his election last year.

The property billionaire does not hide his loathing of Mr Obama and is expected to be enraged if his predecessor gets the coveted call up when he won’t.

The young Royal couple’s dislike of the new president is well known.

Meghan made disparaging comments about him on social media during his election campaign last year.

There are deep fears among senior Foreign Office and No10 officials that another perceived national snub will make it impossible for Theresa May to meaningfully engage with Trump.

A senior government source said: “Harry has made it clear he wants the Obamas at the wedding, so it’s causing a lot of nervousness.

“Trump could react very badly if the Obamas get to a Royal wedding before he has had a chance to meet the Queen.

“Conversations are ongoing about and ministers will eventually have to decide. If the PM lays down the law, Harry will just have to suck it up.”

As the wedding is not a state occasion, the Government only have a consultative role in its organization and heads of state will not be invited.

The guest list is instead being drawn up in full by Buckingham Palace rather than the Department of Culture, Media and Sport – which presides over national events such as state funerals.

Michelle has been making the speaking engagement rounds lately to rack in hundreds of thousands of dollars to trash Trump. Her recent trip to Canada was no exception as she combined it with a hidden mission of getting to the royal wedding. The former first lady had been invited as the keynote speaker in addressing the “Economic Club of Toronto,” when she deviated from her planned remarks to double down on her and Barack’s desperate attempt to kiss up to the Queen of England.

According to Page Six, Michelle took the opportunity to make fun of President Trump then immediately gushed over the queen. Both conversation deviations had no place in an event like this, but for calculated Michelle, it has a passive-aggressive purpose of saying that Trump wasn’t fit for her guest list, but since she loves the queen so much, she should get a spot.

“After being introduced by Canada’s first lady, Sophie Trudeau, Obama told the crowd that it is ‘never a good idea’ to put your first thought in the morning on social media, and never a good idea to ‘tweet from bed,’ which appears to be one of the president’s favorite pastimes, presuming that he is actually in bed when he tweets at 3 a.m,” Page Six reported.

“Going on about effective communication, and the importance of doing drafts, Obama went on, ‘Then you need to edit and spell-check it.’ The 45-minute conversation, hosted by the Economic Club of Toronto, flowed into a bunch of amusing side stories, including her memories of being awestruck when meeting Queen Elizabeth of England.”

“’What do you do with the queen? I touched her. She touched me first,’ she said, adding that her dream dinner guest would be Jesus, whom she’d serve pizza.”

It’s well known that the respect, proper etiquette, and holding a high-level of decorum is important to the royal family and by painting a picture that Trump can’t control himself, Michelle thought she was making him look like a bad person to have at the wedding.

Michelle may think she’s royalty and even try to act like it, but she’s got nothing on the actual Queen of England who’s the real deal. The Queen does what she wants which hopefully means that she kicks her off the coveted guest list too.

BREAKING!! Apache Pilots Mark First West Point Wedding…Then Everyone Sees The Bride…ARE YOU OK WITH THIS?

Published

on

Being a member of the United States Armed Forces is a title that brings a unique kind of respect. No matter what branch you are a part of, if you wear the uniform that says you’ve promised to protect this great nation with your life, that demands a level of respect that few other vocations bring with them. Almost any adult with an appropriate amount level of physical health can enlist in the military, but not just any can go to one of the elite military academies.

According to The Balance, in order to qualify for one of the most well known military academies, West Point, you must be a United States citizen, between the ages of 17 and 23, you must not be married, pregnant, or have a legal obligation to support a child or children. If you are a naturalized citizen, you must provide documentation. There are also academic qualifications and (last by not least) you must obtain a nomination, normally from a United States Congressman or a Senator. In other words; they only take the cream of the crop, and it’s a huge deal to get in.

That’s why they have the reputation that they do. Unfortunately, as so often happens when there is a militant agenda at play, certain groups have been trying for some time to force their way into the elite academy. As of just a few days ago, the LGBTQ community was finally able to leave their stamp on the hallowed grounds forever. The Daily Mail glowingly reports that two Apache pilots were finally able to be the first gay couple married at West Point:

“Two army captains exchanged vows at West Point in what is believed to be the first active-duty, same-sex marriage at the esteemed United States Military Academy.

Daniel Hall, 30, and Vincent Franchino, 26, are both Apache helicopter pilots and were married at the New York school’s Cadet Chapel on Saturday, January 13, the New York Times reports.

The captains, who are now stationed together at Fort Bliss in Texas, were married in front of 150 family members and friends, 34 of whom were military officers.’

Daniel Hall (left) and Vincent Franchino (right) kiss while receiving a saber-arch salute as they exit the United States Military Academy’s Cadet Chapel, at which they were married on January 13

The couple sported their blue army uniforms and received a saber-arch salute as they left the chapel. Their reception was held at Skylands Manor in New Jersey.

Franchino and Hall met in August 2009, back when the former was a freshman (or ‘plebe’ in the school’s parlance) and the latter was a senior (or ‘firstie’).

As part of a school tradition in which the plebes seek to hold up departing seniors, Franchino hid under Hall’s bed and popped out to scare him.

‘Dan was so startled, he jumped over his desk,’ Franchino told the New York Times.

Their bond grew when both participated in a mentorship program but they were not able to publicly express their feelings due to ‘don’t ask, don’t tell,’ a Bill Clinton-effected policy that was repealed under Barack Obama in 2011

Later in 2010, they chose each other for a mentorship program – Franchino as mentee and Hall as mentor. It was at this point that their feelings for each other developed.

But because of the Bill Clinton-effected 1993 policy of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell,’ which barred homosexual servicemen and servicewomen from being ‘out’ in the military, they could not show their feelings.

‘We were serving under a policy that was telling all of us — perfectly capable soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines — to lie about ourselves,’ Hall told the New York Times.

They are pictured getting engaged. Their bond has withstood multiple challenges – – being called f****ts while on dates, being deployed to different locations overseas – to get to the point where they could walk down the aisle together

But when ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ was repealed under Barack Obama in 2011, they came out in public with their relationship.

They weathered multiple challenges – being called f****ts while on dates, being deployed to different locations overseas – to get to the point where they could walk down the aisle together.

At one point, when Hall was deployed along with his Boeing AH-64 Apache to South Korea, they called their relationship off temporarily.

But they got back together and may now hope to live happily ever after.

The couple, which will now go by the last name Franchino-Hall, enjoyed their first dance as married men to ‘La Vie En Rose’ by Edith Piaf.”

What might to many be considered a hallmark of the military finally catching up with the times, is to many others a slap in the face of what the U.S. was supposed to stand for. Whether liberals like it or not, we were founded as a Christian nation, and even if you’re of the opinion the government shouldn’t tell you who you can and can’t be in a relationship with, they also weren’t required to condone it.

No matter how you look at it, this is a landmark event, and one that will be remembered for decades to come. West Point has once again made history, let’ just hope the military giants of the past have looked away and are not seeing what has been done with their legacy.
