Looting In TX Comes To Screeching Halt After What Cops Give Pissed Off Victims Permission To Do

Trump loves this & so will you!

Published

And this here is why Texas has the bad ass reputation it does!

Sadly, apart from taking down boards and cutting down trees, neighborhoods in Texas are also dealing with the fear of looters. But since Texans are a far cry from New Orleans’, Ferguson or Baltimore residents, Texans are not about to stand idly by while low life criminals take their hard-earned possessions. They have sent out a strong but simple message to anyone even thinking about burglarizing their property, “You loot, I shoot.”

The best part of all this is, now the actual police have said that if you catch anyone looting in your property you have every right to put them down and send them home in a body bag. Don’t mess with Texas!

FBI Reports:

Katrina: Four Years Later
Fraud, Corruption Cases Continue

FEMA issued debit cards worth $2,000 in the weeks following Katrina. To date, more than 1,300 people have been indicted for Katrina-related crimes, including stealing government funds.

people have been indicted for Katrina-related crimes, including stealing government funds.

In the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the federal government began pouring billions of dollars into New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region to aid recovery efforts—and the criminal justice system braced for the fraud and corruption that would surely follow all that money.

Today, four years after the storm struck on August 29, 2005, the FBI and our law enforcement partners continue to aggressively investigate and prosecute Katrina-related crimes. Last Friday, for example, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana announced 18 new felony indictments stemming from citizens fraudulently obtaining assistance from the American Red Cross and the Louisiana Road Home Program.

There have also been many cases of public corruption associated with Katrina, said David Welker, special agent in charge of our New Orleans office. “When it comes to criminal activity and public officials trying to siphon off funds meant for projects to rebuild the area,” he said, “we maintain a zero-tolerance policy. We won’t stop pursuing these cases no matter how much time passes.”

If you have knowledge of fraud waste and abuse, call the disaster fraud hotline at 866-720-5721, fax 225-334-4707, e-mail [email protected], or write National center for Disaster Fraud, Baton Rouge, LA 70821. All calls can be anonymous and confidential.

Within days of the hurricane, the Department of Justice established the Hurricane Katrina Fraud Task Force—since renamed the National Center for Disaster Fraud—to deter, investigate, and prosecute disaster-related federal crimes.

The task force—comprised of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, as well as the United States Attorneys’ Offices—is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and it has not lacked for business.

To date, more than 1,300 individuals have been indicted for Katrina-related crimes. The task force has received more than 36,000 complaints since 2005, and has referred some 22,500 to law enforcement for possible investigation. The FBI has received nearly 4,800 of those referrals.

Some of the cases are shocking. Earlier this month, a former chief of police in Lumberton, Mississippi was sentenced to 2.5 years in jail after being convicted on eight federal fraud charges in connection with lying to receive aid for a property that was not his primary residence. The former chief was found guilty of stealing government funds, lying to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and committing wire fraud. At sentencing, the judge ordered him to repay FEMA more than $29,000 and noted that he had betrayed the public trust and seriously tarnished the image of law enforcement.

In New Orleans, Special Agent in Charge Welker said public corruption and government fraud cases increased 243 percent during 2006-2008 compared with the years before Katrina, 2003-2005. Putting a stop to this fraud and corruption has prevented an economic loss estimated at more than $55 million, he said.

We also continue to target violent crime—the city had a high murder rate before Katrina, and it’s even worse now. The New Orleans Violent Crime Task Force was established a year ago to target the “baddest of the bad,” those criminals who ride the revolving door of the criminal justice system. The task force consists of federal, state, and local law enforcement officers co-located at our New Orleans office and focuses on violent crimes including kidnapping, carjacking, armed robbery, and murder.

“Katrina had such an impact on the region,” Welker explained. “It turned this world upside down.” When the storm hit, our headquarters in the city was ruined, and many Bureau employees there lost their homes. But now, as then, he said, “despite the circumstances, the work of the office doesn’t stop. Bureau culture is to work until the job is done—and that’s just what we intend to do with Katrina crimes.”

This is so great that it makes this lifelong Californian want to pack up and move to Texas.

In this looney left-wing state, we have no right to put anyone down, even if they are committing a violent crime, in our own property, to our own family or friends.

It’s the mentality of the left to always want to side with the criminal. We see it when they decided the death penalty “hurts too much” and by the way, they support Illegal Immigration. They have even taken it upon themselves to force us to get a permit to buy ammo starting next year. A permit that of course costs $50 plus fees per year. This state’s Democratic agenda never loses unless it involves illegals who will continue to vote for corrupt politicians such as Gavin Newsom, Jerry Brown or Kamala Harris who have run this once great state to the abyss, the Democrat abyss, where an illegal alien is more important and has more rights, than an American born citizen or legal resident.

Please share if you support Texas and the “You Loot, I Shoot” policy….

Donald Trump Just Gave His Thanksgiving Day Address, And What He Vowed To Do Just RUINED Every Liberals Day

Published

on

What could give the deplorables a happier Thanksgiving than knowing that Donald Trump is the President? How about knowing that he has once again taken steps that will simultaneously keep us safe and trigger liberals around the nation. That’s the unexpected Thanksgiving gift that we received today in the form of a famous @realDonaldTrump tweet.

The Commander-in-Chief might be away from the White House to celebrate the holiday, but he’s keeping people on their toes by telling his plans on Twitter. Today’s joyous announcement has to do with our southern border and his determination to build that wall. The Hill reports that not only is the President working toward a better border, the confidence that he inspires has helped the economy as well:

“President Trump wished his Twitter followers a Happy Thanksgiving early Thursday morning, touting the strong performance of the nation’s stock market and vowing to build a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico.

“HAPPY THANKSGIVING, your Country is starting to do really well. Jobs coming back, highest Stock Market EVER, Military getting really strong, we will build the WALL, V.A. taking care of our Vets, great Supreme Court Justice, RECORD CUT IN REGS, lowest unemployment in 17 years….!”

Last month employers added 261,000 jobs, and the unemployment rate fell to 4.1 percent, the lowest level since December of 2000 when it was 3.9 percent, the Labor Department reported on Friday.

Trump and his aides have frequently taken credit for the stock boom, a rare step for administrations wary of tying themselves to any unforeseen market downturn.

Trump has recently reiterated his calls to build a wall along the country’s southern border after a U.S. Border Patrol agent died from injuries he sustained on patrol in Texas.

“We will seek out and bring to justice those responsible. We will, and must, build the Wall!” Trump said earlier this week.

Building a wall along the country’s southern border was one of the president’s key campaign promises. He often reiterates his call for border security.”

Building a border wall was one of the President’s more controversial policies among the left. For some reason, the left seems to be under the impression that no matter how many immigrants we bring in, we will be able to feed, house and medically cover all of them, if the mean old conservatives will just let them come be free. Those of us who paid attention in 5th-grade math, or even just know how to use the calculator on our phones have been crunching the numbers and we’re pretty sure that’s not going to work.

Math notwithstanding, enforcing the laws Congress has already passed about how someone can enter the country is still highly unpopular and people are willing to go to great lengths to demonstrate that. According to a USA Today story, one activist group went so far as to go to Mexico just so they could display a light show on the border wall prototypes. I think it’s safe to say that they’re triggered:

Jill Marie Holslin and an activist group called the Overpass Light Brigade stood on their trucks in Tijuana, Mexico, on Saturday, projecting their protest onto segments of the wall they opposed. They covered the prototypes with white light: the Statue of Liberty, a lucha libre mask, a ladder that stretched to the top of the wall.

“The federal government has this very inflated idea of its power, of the massive power of these prototypes, the massive power of this border wall to supposedly seal the border,” Holslin said. “We wanted to deflate that in a humorous way.”

Holslin, an American artist, and professor who lives in Tijuana, spends her days exploring the landscapes of Baja California. She fills her website with photos of Tijuana’s urban art and growing culture, trying to push the city’s reputation away from its lecherous past.

For months Holslin studied the area where the rough drafts of President Trump’s proposed border wall would stand. When construction of the prototypes began in San Diego, she made sure to be one of the first activists to publish a photo of them. Then she started planning her protest.

She wanted something harmless, something that could make her point without vandalizing federal property. Something local. Something that crossed borders.

Then the Overpass Light Brigade called. The Wisconsin-based group wanted to bring its projector to the border. Holslin suggested they work together.

They met in Tijuana a week before the demonstration, creating stencils and planning a response if Border Patrol agents or Mexican police confronted them. Holslin decided not to give the neighborhood advance notice, in case their lights led to trouble.

“We expected some kind of pushback,” Holslin said. “But we got absolutely nothing.”

When the light came on, just after 4 p.m. Saturday, nobody seemed to notice. The Mexican police didn’t confront them. A Border Patrol truck parked by one of the walls didn’t stir.

The Arizona Republic contacted Customs and Border Protection for comment, but the agency has not yet responded.”

No one has responded because nobody really cares. This is a harassment equal to that of a tiny, yipping dog, trying to sink his teeth into an Army tank; there’s little chance that performance art is going to slow down progress on a wall that will keep Americans safe.

President Trump, meanwhile, is happily spending his Thanksgiving with his family at Mar-a-largo where he plans to deliver a Thanksgiving message to the soldiers serving overseas and visit the Coast Guard who are quartered in Florida.

Trump Is On FIRE! Delivers The Devastating KNOCKOUT Blow Against LaVar Ball!

Right in the FACE! BOOM!

Published

on

No matter what he does and how much he wins, President Trump just can’t seem to make the left happy. Even when he gets three spoiled, entitled ball players out of ten years of hard labor in a Chinese prison.

As most everyone has heard by now, President Trump was able to get the Chinese government to release 3 UCLA basketball players. LiAngelo Ball, Cody Riley, and Jalen Hill, who have now been suspended indefinitely by the Bruins basketball team. All three players apologized at a news conference Wednesday morning about the incident in China that had them stay behind on a team trip after they were accused of shoplifting at 3 different local area stores.

But of course, since their Messiah, Former President Barack Hussein Obama, had no hand in freeing these 3 characters, the American left and even one of the player’s fathers just can’t seem to give Trump the credit he so rightly deserves. In fact, LaVar Ball, LiAngelo’s father is not giving President Trump any of the credit. When asked about his son’s return and the whole ordeal he actually had the gall to say “Who?” when asked about Trump’s involvement in the matter. “What was he over there for? Don’t tell me nothing. Everybody wants to make it seem like he helped me out.”

But today President Trump replied in an epic way:

This is everything that’s wrong with our great nation and the media. People like this ball tosser’s father are given a platform to spew their biased hate to the public. Instead of this so-called father asking himself what he did wrong that his son would go off and shoplift at 3 different stores, he attacks President Trump for stating the obvious and getting his son out of 10 years of hell.

3 UCLA Basketball Players Suspended After Theft in China

Three UCLA basketball players accused of shoplifting at three high-end stores in China publicly apologized before coach Steve Alford announced they were being suspended indefinitely.

Three UCLA basketball players detained for shoplifting at three high-end stores in China publicly apologized Wednesday before coach Steve Alford announced they were being suspended indefinitely.

Freshmen LiAngelo Ball, Jalen Hill and Cody Riley won’t be allowed to suit up, practice or travel with the team while the university continues to sort out the circumstances of last week’s incident in Hangzhou, China, Alford said during a news conference at Pauley Pavilion.

“These are good young men who have exercised an inexcusable lapse of judgment and now they have to live with that,” Alford said. “They let a lot people down in the process.”

“I’m confident that they have already begun to use this experience as a life lesson,” he added.

The No. 23 Bruins edged Central Arkansas 106-101 in overtime in their home opener on Wednesday night.

Ball, Hill and Riley took turns confessing to the theft and apologizing while also thanking President Donald Trump for intervening on their behalf with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping. The players had returned to Los Angeles on Tuesday after Chinese authorities withdrew the charges against them.

“I’m sorry for stealing from the stores in China,” said Ball, the younger brother of Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball, who played last season at UCLA.

“I’ve learned my lesson from this big mistake and I’m a hundred percent sure I’ll never make a mistake like this again. It’s going to make me a better person from here on out.”

Lonzo Ball said, “That’s up to UCLA to decide what they’re going to do with the situation. I’m just happy he’s home.”

When it was his turn, Hill said, “I’m sorry for shoplifting. What I did was stupid. I don’t want to be known for this dumb mistake.”

“I hope you can forgive my stupid, childish actions,” he added.

Riley was the first to speak and he thanked the Pac-12 Conference, several UCLA administrators and his teammates.

“You guys mean so much to me,” Riley said of his teammates. “I’m sorry for letting you down.”

Athletic director Dan Guerrero also spoke at the news conference, but no one took questions from a large group of media.

Alford didn’t specify what the indefinite suspensions mean, saying only that the three players would have to earn their way back onto the team. He said that once the office that reviews student conduct has completed its work, the athletic department would “make the best judgment we can about the length of that suspension.”

Alford said at some point, the trio may be permitted to join team workouts, meetings and practices, but that timeline has yet to be decided.

“We will come to a resolution in short order,” Guerrero said.

Earlier Wednesday, Trump tweeted: “Do you think the three UCLA Basketball Players will say thank you President Trump? They were headed for 10 years in jail!”

All three players did.

“I’d like to thank President Trump and the United States government for the help that they provided us as well,” Ball said.

The players were detained in Hangzhou for questioning following allegations of shoplifting last week before the Bruins beat Georgia Tech in their season-opening game in Shanghai. The rest of the UCLA team returned home Saturday.

Guerrero said the incident occurred when the team was given 90 minutes of free time on Nov. 6 in Hangzhou.

“Those three visited several stores, took items from three stores and returned to the hotel,” he said, without revealing the items taken or their value.

The next day, Guerrero said, police arrived at the hotel shared by UCLA and Georgia Tech and interviewed both teams in an attempt to identify the culprits. Police searched the players’ personal belongings and the team bus before identifying Ball, Hill and Riley, he said.

No one from Georgia Tech was implicated.

Guerrero said the UCLA trio was taken to a police station for questioning, and Alford arrived later, along with basketball administrator Chris Carlson. Guerrero found out while flying to Shanghai.

After being arrested, the players remained in custody for questioning and were released on $2,220 bail on Nov. 8. Guerrero said they had to give up their passports and agree to travel restrictions.

Upon their release, they remained in a hotel at UCLA’s insistence, not the local police’s, with Carlson and another administrator supervising them, Guerrero said.

He said the bail money was refunded by police. Once the charges were withdrawn, the trio acknowledged breaking the law, he said.

Guerrero said UCLA provided the resources to help the players and the university is working to see who is responsible for costs and any NCAA implications.

Police told the players they could leave the country on Tuesday and they boarded a plane later that day.

Guerrero said Alford reminded his team of the expectations for good behavior before they left on the trip and while they were in China.

UCLA traveled to China as part of the Pac-12’s global initiative that seeks to popularize the league’s athletic programs and universities overseas. The China Game is in its third year, and while the scandal was developing the league announced that California and Yale will play in next year’s edition.

Someone who speaks like this Levar Ball shouldn’t even be asked questions by the media. Who cares what this failed father has to say. We as a nation better start to wise up and put these people in their places. What exactly entitles this man to give his opinion on this international incident considering he wasn’t even able to raise his son to know the difference between right and wrong?

Please share if you agree this failed father should learn to keep his big mouth shut….

ALERT! If You Spot a Rubber Band on Your Front Door Handle, DON’T TOUCH IT, Here’s The SICK Thing It Means

ALERT! This could happen to your family!

Published

on

A Texas woman is sharing the disturbing incident that recently happened to her several days ago in the hopes that her warning will help others to avoid being victimized by a crime. It’s currently happening to neighborhoods across the country, after criminals have established a sinister new trend as a way to mark their next victims.

In a now viral Facebook post, Kim Cernigliaro wrote about her harrowing experience after an unknown person came to her front door and began violently pounding on it.

“Two weeks ago during the day, a hard knock was at my front door, not a regular knock but almost pounding … and I DO NOT answer the door when I am here by myself,” she wrote.

She followed her intuition at the time, which was to not open the door, choosing instead to peek out the side window.

“I glanced around and could see it was a man through the stained glass of my door,” she wrote.

Kim said she waited for about 30 minutes until she was sure the man had left, and expected to see a brochure from a salesman, but instead found that a rubber band had been fastened around her door handle. Completely perplexed, Kim decided to call the police to see if they had any insight, and that’s when her jaw hit the floor:

“The sheriff came by yesterday and said this is happening all of a sudden, as soon as you unlatch the door, they do not wait for you to turn the knob, they can bust in on you.”

She was told that if anyone sees a rubber band, they should immediately contact police. Basically, the rubber band is used to prop the latch open, so as soon as you turn the lock, criminals can push the door open, gaining instant access into your home without waiting for you to peek to see who the person is.

Kim hopes that sharing her story can warn others and help prevent others from being victimized. If you hear someone banging at your door and you’re not expecting company, always be sure to have your firearm handy and accessible so if things do go south, you’ll be able to adequately defend yourself and your home.

This rubber band trick is no doubt putting countless lives in danger across the nation. Be sure to pass the story on to your friends and family. It is possible that this warning could save someone’s life.
