Because of all the #RESIST and Antifa whack jobs out there, The United States Secret Service said Monday that it has enough money to protect President Trump and his family only through the end of this fiscal year.
Even though the agency has acknowledged that it’s running up against its spending limit for agents protecting the president and his family, Secret Service director Alles said that the agency only has enough money to operate until September of this year, which is what most other agencies are also facing since it’s the end of the fiscal year.
He stated one of the issues they have with funding is that the President has a large family and that agents, which aren’t many because of the stringent requirements, are only allowed to make roughly about 180k per year. So basically a stupid regulation will keep the Secret Service from doing its job. I guess next time we just need a single man with no family to run for the US Presidency!
Alles continued by adding that President Trump frequently travels to his properties in Florida, New Jersey, and Virginia, and agents must protect more people than in previous administrations. Trump has 42 protectees for himself and the 18 members of his family. There were 31 protectees under President Obama, something that Alles told the paper had posed a challenge.
US Secret Service Struggles To Find Recruits Who Haven’t Used Adderall
The US Secret Service, under pressure due to unprecedented demand and recent controversies, has been carrying out its most ambitious recruiting campaign in over a decade, looking to find over 1,000 qualified agents and other personnel within the next year. The agency has had no problem finding interested people as around 27,000 have responded to the agency’s various calls for applications since 2015. However, the major problem the agency is facing is the high number of recruits who have abused prescription drugs, mostly Adderall and other amphetamines they took while in college. As a result, only 300 of those 27,000 have received an offer for employment from the agency, complicating the Secret Service’s recruitment goals.
All candidates looking for positions with the Secret Service are put through an extensive vetting process, including a series of personal interviews and a polygraph test. Previously, it was normally the polygraph test that doomed the largest percentage of would-be agents, but now it appears that amphetamine/Adderall use has taken its place. Any use of any drug in an illegal way is grounds for immediate expulsion from the hiring process. Susan Goggin, the Chief Recruiting Officer of the US Secret Service said: “It is definitely a struggle with this generation. Adderall is a huge, huge issue.” Indeed, Adderall’s use among college students is becoming increasingly common. The latest federal data shows that Adderall’s recreational use has increased by nearly 67% in the last ten years and is now being prescribed at a rate 30 times higher than it was two decades ago.
Another part of the problem appears to be that many candidates are unaware that their past use of Adderall and other prescription drugs is something that could have negative consequences for them, largely because the stigma behind its use is not as clear-cut as it is for other illicit substances, like marijuana and cocaine. Many college students also do not view their use of Adderall as dangerous or even wrong as they are taking it for the “right reasons” – to be more productive in class and manage a high workload. However, in the eyes of the federal government, Adderall and other amphetamines are classified as Schedule II drugs and the reasons for its use are irrelevant.
Interestingly, this is not the first time that a federal agency has run into this type of problem. In 2014, FBI Director James Comey admitted that hiring hackers was becoming more difficult as many hackers had previously used marijuana recreationally, a concern also echoed by the Justice Department. This same issue also eventually led US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter to announce this September that the Pentagon would be open to hiring individuals that had experimented with marijuana in the past. Will the Secret Service soon be forced to change its policy on Adderall as its use continues to skyrocket? Or is it more of a sign that the War on Drugs is laughably out-dated?
Why is this an issue now? Are you honestly trying to convince us that The United States Secret Service is having money issues just because of having 11 more agents? Former President Barack Hussein Obama had, as far as I could count, a total of 5 people to protect in his family and they required 31 agents, while Trump with 18 family members requires 42? I think anyone, even the liberals, can see there is some type of political hit behind this fabricated crisis.
If the Secret Service can’t handle the job, then get the military to protect our president!

Today President Donald J. Trump invited NCAA championship teams from around the country to The White House, including teams from Penn State, University of Maryland, The University of Utah, University of Florida, and The Ohio State University. Every team accepted, every team except of course one, The South Carolina Women’s Basketball Team.
And the sickest part of the whole “diss” by this team who represents a sport that no one watches or even cares about is the fact that they actually said the team will not “be able to attend” because they have to “practice,” in order to make sure they get their invitation to the “2018 NCAA Tournament.” That allows the Lady Gamecocks to say that their decision to not go to the White House has nothing to do with politics, and everything to do with basketball practice. That strategy, in addition to being strongly disingenuous and which reeks of political biased, has the unfortunate result of making Staley’s team political hacks.
It’s ok, The event was still a huge success. President Trump has enough teams who want to meet with him, and in fact, consider it an honor to do so.
The funny thing about this team’s actions is that the left can’t really embrace this team because although they refused Trump’s invitation they didn’t say they’re not going for political reasons. And the right can’t embrace them because they refused the invite, most likely for political reasons, but didn’t have the “gonads” to say so.
Sources: 3 NBA teams stop staying at Trump-brand hotels in NYC and Chicago
MAt least three NBA teams have stopped staying at Donald Trump-branded hotels this season in part to avoid any implied association with the new president-elect, according to league sources.
Sources told ESPN.com that the Milwaukee Bucks, Memphis Grizzlies and Dallas Mavericks have moved away from Trump hotels in New York City and Chicago, which bear Donald Trump’s name through a licensing agreement.
Sources say that another Eastern Conference team contracted to stay at the Trump SoHo in New York this season has likewise already decided to switch to a different property in Manhattan when its current contract expires at season’s end and that the Trump association is among the factors for the switch.
Seven other teams told ESPN.com on Tuesday that they are still currently scheduled to stay at Trump-branded properties this season.
As a matter of privacy, ESPN has chosen not to name those eight teams in total so as not to publicly identify where they will be staying on this season’s trips for games against the New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets or Chicago Bulls.
Trump does not currently hold an equity stake in the Trump SoHo hotel, but his company still owns and operates the Chicago property.
Sources say that the Bucks stayed at the Trump International Tower and Hotel in Chicago on a preseason trip to play the Bulls in early October, but met with complications when they tried to make an 11th-hour cancellation. Milwaukee, sources say, has already made other arrangements for its regular-season road games against the Bulls.
The Grizzlies and Mavericks, sources say, have stayed at the Trump SoHo in the past but opted during the offseason to book new New York hotels for this season.
Mavs owner Mark Cuban, speaking Wednesday, told the Associated Press that the decision was “made months ago. Not recently.”
Grizzlies coach David Fizdale, speaking after the team’s shootaround Wednesday in Los Angeles, insisted that where Memphis stays or doesn’t stay is not politically motivated.
“No truth to that,” Fizdale told the Memphis Commercial Appeal on Wednesday. “Our decisions as to what hotels we stay in are made long before any of this election stuff took place. It’s no story.”
Bucks co-owner Marc Lasry and Cuban are both high-profile supporters of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, who last week lost the race to be the United States’ 45th president to Trump.
Since the election, three prominent NBA coaches — Detroit’s Stan Van Gundy, Golden State’s Steve Kerr and San Antonio’s Gregg Popovich — have publicly addressed the unease that they and some of their players feel in the wake of Trump’s election, starting with the dismay Van Gundy voiced that the country’s new president, in his words, is “openly and brazenly racist and misogynistic and ethnocentric.
Van Gundy addressed the ESPN report Wednesday.
“I think every team’s got to take a look at that,” he said. “I think teams are getting tuned in a little but politically and everything else. And give the players a great deal of credit on that. I’ve been really proud of our own players and the players around the league, that they’re attuned to what’s going on and they’re going to stand up for their values. I think that’s impressive.”
Jabari Parker of the Bucks commended team ownership for its decision.
“I’m pretty proud for my owner, representing us and representing himself,” Parker told USA Today, “and not trying to represent our organization with controversy. You don’t want to endorse hate; you don’t want to endorse racism. You don’t want to support controversy.
“I’m really proud we won’t be staying there because I couldn’t be comfortable being around him and his businesses. I know he’s our president. But it’s just going to take some time. And he hasn’t publicly come out with an apology for anyone or for the things he said.
“And I’m connected to all the ideologies he disrespects. I was named after a Muslim. My mother is basically an immigrant because she came from Tonga. Her rights as a woman — she got less pay. I’m black and he’s said some controversial stuff about black people. When it comes to me not supporting Donald Trump, it’s pretty much correlated to the things he has said.”ESPN contacted all 30 teams this week to ask about their travel plans in New York and other NBA cities that feature Trump-branded hotels, which include Chicago, Miami, Toronto and Washington.
Several teams that have stayed at the Trump SoHo in particular in the past told ESPN that they are not staying there this season but did not specifically attribute the switch to any political reason. Several more said that they’ve never stayed at Trump-branded hotels.
NBA teams typically make their hotel arrangements for the coming season in August after the league releases the full 1,230-game schedule for the regular season. But formal data detailing where teams stay is not maintained on a leaguewide basis.
One travel expert familiar with NBA accounts told ESPN.com on Tuesday that the Trump SoHo has emerged in recent years as an increasingly popular property throughout the league because more teams are coming to New York for two-game trips since the Nets moved from New Jersey to Brooklyn starting with the 2012-13 season.
Really? You refuse to take a day to go to the White House to meet the president because you have to practice? I wonder what would have happened if white baseball players would have refused to meet with former President Barack Hussein Obama because they had to “practice.”
Please share if you would boycott this team if not for the fact no one even watches Women’sBasketball, tobegin with….
The longer America spends with an ethical President in office, the more we realize that what we had in President Obama, and almost had again with Hillary, was completely unacceptable. Some have paralleled it to someone getting out of an abusive domestic relationship; a person can get so used to systematic abuse that they forget what it’s like to be treated with respect.
Experiencing what it’s like to know that the executive branch of government isn’t being run by a money-hungry puppet is something that Americans had little experience with in recent history. It’s something that the left is highly uncomfortable with, especially the President’s former opponent Hillary Clinton. By all accounts, the spot of President was hers to lose, and lose it she did. This has put all her less-than-legal antics to try and obtain the office in a very precarious spot, considering that the President has no interest in covering for her.
This means that every single backroom deal the Clinton campaign made could be brought to light, and every “grey area” that political ambassadors of Hillary stood in could be investigated. That’s not even mentioning things like suspicious murders of those who opposed Hillary, or the numerous laws broken by the former First Lady while she served as Secretary of State.
All of these illegal dealings coming to light could spell incarceration for the aptly nicknamed “Killery” and she’s not happy about it. However, in the interest of keeping a good poker face, she seems to be pretending that there’s absolutely nothing to be worried about. Daily Wire reported her interview with Mother Jones took just that tone when asked about the possible investigation into her conduct while in power:
“In an interview with Mother Jones, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that any investigation into her by the Trump administration represents a ‘politicization’ of the U.S. justice system and is an unconstitutional ‘abuse of power.’
Clinton’s remarks were a response to a question centered around the recent announcement thatAttorney General Jeff Sessions is weighing whether to appoint a special counsel to investigate ‘the Uranium One deal and suspected criminal business dealings connected to the Clinton Foundation.’
Clinton responded by saying that doing so would be ‘a disastrous step into politicizing the Justice Department.'”
It would be disastrous alright, just not for anyone other than Hillary and those who support her. Hillary is nothing if not a master of misdirection, and right now she’s desperate to direct the investigative powers to look anywhere but into her past.
She seems to be employing a time-tested method of scaring potential investigations away from her by pointing out what harm it could be to them. What Hillary doesn’t seem to understand is that not everyone has as many closets bursting with skeletons as herself. Even if an investigation did end up uncovering something that someone else did, it would uncover so much more than she did, that it would probably be worth it.
However, this doesn’t stop the incessant name calling that ensues, every time conservatives tries to implement justice on a pet liberal cause.
“’If they send a signal that we’re going to be like some dictatorship, like some authoritarian regime, where political opponents are going to be unfairly, fraudulently investigated, that rips at the fabric of the contract we have, that we can trust our justice system,’ Clinton continued.
Clinton ultimately suggested that an investigation into her past dealings, including allegations which she claims have been “debunked,” would be illegal because it would represent an unconstitutional ‘abuse of power.’”
Her public speaking is still flawless and her word pictures are still poignant. However, if you just imagine when she’s speaking the Americans that have died because of her negligence and apathy. Remember the families that are in mourning because one of their own opposed the Clinton campaign, and her confidence starts to seem like arrogance.
“News that Sessions is considering appointing a special counsel to investigate Clinton was released in a letter by Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd this week in response to multiple requests by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and other committee members to appoint a special counsel to investigate Clinton.
‘The Attorney General has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters,’ Boyd wrote. ‘These senior prosecutors will report directly to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General, as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.’”
Whether Hillary needs to be investigated for Uranium One scandal or not, there are so many almost prosecutable illegal activities that she and her campaign can just almost be investigated for, at this point someone just needs a toehold to start uncovering wrongdoing.
Remember, we got Al Capone on tax evasion. Sometimes you’ve got to settle for whatever gets the criminal off the streets, and if it has to be a lesser charge, so be it.
An apologetic presidency catering to everything anti-American ended with Barack Obama. President Donald Trump is in charge now and is doing everything it takes to make America great again, no matter who offends. With all the distraction on the petulant players in the NFL throwing National Anthem temper tantrums, people have missed what else has been brewing which we’ll soon be faced with just less than two months from today. Knowing what’s coming, Trump has just declared a shocking new order.
When you’re the leader of the greatest nation in the world, you can do what you want, which we saw from Barack Obama who used that privilege for wrongdoing and the demise of our nation. Trump is turning that train around by using his power for good in long-overdue ways, which he promised to do when Americans voted him into office. After publicly demanding that NFL players stand for the anthem, causing a heaping dose of outrage from the left, he just doubled down on that declaration with what he’s insisting everyone starts saying now.
The liberal war of words is alive and well in our country. The left wants to ban sentiments that trigger them and the right pointing out the obvious that regardless of political standing, we all as Americans share the same right to the First Amendment. Now, Trump has just settled the most controversial phrase in our country once and for all by making a new rule that’s infuriating liberals.
President Trump reignited the “war on Christmas” on Friday, telling a crowd of supporters that “we’re saying Merry Christmas again” now that he’s president.
Speaking to a packed crowd at the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C., Trump argued political correctness has gotten in the way of celebrating the holiday.
“We’re getting near that beautiful Christmas season that people don’t talk about anymore. They don’t use the word Christmas because it’s not politically correct,” he said to strong applause and cheers from the audience at the Christian public policy conference, sponsored by the Family Research Council.
“You go to department stores and they’ll say ‘Happy New Year,’ or they’ll say other things and it’ll be red, they’ll have it painted. But they don’t say — well guess what? We’re saying Merry Christmas again.”
Trump went on to briefly pivot toward his push to cut taxes, calling for tax reform as a “Christmas gift.”
It’s incredible to have a leader of this nation who doesn’t want to take a sledgehammer to the faith base that our country was built on. America has always been great and steeped in tradition but it was liberals who systematically dismantled that by making everything good and right, offensive and somehow wrong.
“He’s used the argument on the campaign trail as a way to assert that political correctness is preventing Christians from expressing their religious beliefs,” The Hill report continued. “And to bring the point home, his campaign held a ‘thank you’ rally in Wisconsin last December where he spoke in front of a row of large Christmas trees.”
“So when I started 18 months ago, I told my first crowd in Wisconsin that we are going to come back here someday and we are going to say merry Christmas again,” he said at the time. “Merry Christmas. So, merry Christmas everyone.”
Trump wants Christmas back in the agenda. I’m guessing he’s tired of everyone complaining about it. I am too. It wasn’t ever a problem years ago and it’s not a problem now. Christmas is one of the biggest holidays in America and we’re sticking to it.
We’re not getting rid of Christmas. We’re not calling it winter holiday. We’re not letting these politically correct crybabies bully everyone into feeling bad about loving Christmas. It’s a holiday where we celebrate an imaginary obese dude who somehow drops 100 lbs every time he slides into our blackened chimneys, drops off loads of gifts with the price tags scribbled out with a Sharpie, and somehow slithers back up the hole he came from and leaves the scene without a trace. No footprints. Not a stain on his clothes. Nothing but maybe a bite of a cookie and a sip of some room temperature milk.
It’s our holiday and we’ll enjoy it and give attention to what the real reason for the season is. Anyone who finds it offensive can celebrate their own holiday, but don’t cry about ours.
You don’t see conservatives whining about other people’s holidays. Go celebrate! Enjoy your day and we’ll enjoy ours and we can all celebrate New Year’s Eve together. Unless that, of course, is offensive too. Is the calendar offensive to snowflakes as well? Are we starting a #NotMyNewYear hashtag trend? I think not.
Christmas is around the corner, but here’s an early MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of you and yours in hopes that it triggers some snowflakes and anti-Christmas goons.
